I bought this for my wife who is a massage connoisseur. She scoffed at it initially, but after trying it she was bent over in orgasmic bliss. She loves this little thing ... It completely sooths aching muscles and helps you relax. The portability aspect is great! You can easily use this on yourself. I am not a massage guy at all ... But even I found enjoyment using this on my leg muscles. Stay away from imitations and buy this with confidence...and buy it now!

I have really tight IT bands and as a result lower back pain. This is the best thing Ive tried so far that helps with it. Its small and powerful, very easy to hold on one hand and works great for large muscle groups. Ive only had to use it on the low speed and thats good enough to give really good relief. Pricey, but so worth it to be paying free!

It was great while it lasted however the device randomly started losing charge and then just completely died. If you want to get it, know that holding it gets tiring after a while. The battery lasts for a few minutes depending on the speed youre using, but the percussion pressure is top notch. Really made a difference with knots in our back. I almost bought the different head attachments because we loved it so much. However all good things come to an end and this devices battery died close to a year after purchase. Expected a much longer life from a $200 device. When I contacted the company they gave me an excuse that they couldnt do anything as the window had just passed on the warranty and offered a coupon. If I could trade it in to swap the battery, I wouldnt be upset. However the fact that I have a dead electronic device that I have to throw away in 2023 is a really bad look for a company whose whole thing is about health. Wont be buying from this brand again unfortunately.

Having just had achilles surgery, and not walking for about 6 weeks, once I got out o f the hard cast and into a walking boot. My right calve feel like a GIANT knot.. Like ROCK hard and painful. My physical therapist recommended a massager that I could use myself.. I did my homework, checked all reviews, and settled on the Theragun new 4th generation mini.. So GLAD i did.. It arrived, I read the instructions while it charged to full capacity, and then put it to the test. Started on slow speed, there are 3 settings. 1st few passes, I had to apply very little pressure and it really hurt, but after about 1/2 hour I started applying more pressure till I pushing it deeper.. It really started to work out the knots, and by the 2nd day, I was on the 2nd speed and going deep to really work those knots out. A couple more days and I was on the highest speed and now I have NO issues with my calve.. SERIOUSLY, THIS PRODUCT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES.. GO FOR IT.. You wont be disappointed.. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT.. Only issue you, like me might have, is now I look for aches and pains so I can massage them out.. LOL

I already have the larger version of this tool… but I prefer this new mini version It is much easier to use
