I switched to this type of Zinc after reading that it was more easily absorbed than the Chelated Ziinc.

I am pleased with these. I have ordered them multiple times.

small, easy to swallow. Ive been taking these for over 1 year & have not gotten sick, even from my grands who are at daycare!

Eye specialist told me Zinc is the most important nutrient to take for AMD and slows the progression more than other nutrients, and that I should be taking double the recommended amount. I trust Thorne supplements, having taken others with good results. This seems to be high quality. Delivery was fast.

I guess this is doing what I need. How do you know if the zinc is working? I think it is a little over priced. However, I think it is better than the cheaper zinc at Walmart. Will keep using.

Jk you dont stink. Its hard to write a good review about zinc, tbh. Thorne makes stuff that will almost never make you sick. I have bought maybe 10 bottles of their stuff and so far so good, but its gonna cost you a few bucks. Someone is gonna get mad about this review already, I can tell. Look, if you feel any type of way after taking this other than 1) same or 2) pretty good, try taking it with food. Zinc can do a number on you.
