> 3 dayI heard 40 or 50 mg is toxic if you keep taking zinc, and if that is true, this 30 is a bit high, i will try their lower dose next time instead of doing this one every 2 days. This kind of zinc, picolonate is the only kind i will get in the future unless i see new info.

01-06-2025They gave this to me while I was n the hospital. I’ve heard about Zinc for awhile now and just started to research it. First of all our bodies don’t produce it and unless you eat shellfish everyday you’re probably not getting enough for your immune system. Found out the body doesn’t absorb it easy and there are different kinds. Found out this one is highly absorbed by the body and with all the viruses and WHO knows what( pun intended ) it’s cheap and it might just work.

> 3 dayI have a lot of difficulty swallowing pills- they have to either be very small capsules or Ill chew them. These are nice and small and they go down easily. I think theyre doing the job.
