Im currently taking this supplement to detox from copper. Im now growing eyebrows & my face is clearing up. Im also having more signs of my hormones wanting to ovulate. I highly recommend if you could have copper toxicity. My doctor & I discussed it & Im currently at 8 capsules a day. I usually require higher doses of things to get effect. I also have Sjogrens Syndrome, an auto immune disease. So, any help from zinc is welcomed.

Best form of zinc to take for sensitive stomachs.

Ive tried multiple brands of zinc, specifically for acne. This one has worked best for me. Ive read the best one for acne is zinc picolinate. I find it reasonable for the quantity and price when compared with other brands. Im on my 6th month of taking it and still no complaints! I find it necessary to say I take a variety of preventative measures for dealing with acne, and zinc is just one of them. It is not a miracle pill on its own.

I purchased this to help with acne from going off of hormonal birth control and honestly wasnt sure how much it would help. I was developing deep, irritated cystic acne and was willing to try whatever might help, and to my surprise this stuff worked wonders. Highly recommend for treating acne, but definitely take the recommended 2/day. I was only taking 1/day to try and stretch the quantity further but I only saw real results after taking the full recommend dose.

I like the quality

I heard 40 or 50 mg is toxic if you keep taking zinc, and if that is true, this 30 is a bit high, i will try their lower dose next time instead of doing this one every 2 days. This kind of zinc, picolonate is the only kind i will get in the future unless i see new info.
