My paraprofessional usually feels bad after getting her flu shot and said this year she had no side effects from the shot and feels like it’s due to the zinc. It has helped shorten a horrible cold I had over Winter Break. Overall, I say it works pretty well.

> 3 dayJk you dont stink. Its hard to write a good review about zinc, tbh. Thorne makes stuff that will almost never make you sick. I have bought maybe 10 bottles of their stuff and so far so good, but its gonna cost you a few bucks. Someone is gonna get mad about this review already, I can tell. Look, if you feel any type of way after taking this other than 1) same or 2) pretty good, try taking it with food. Zinc can do a number on you.
