Greater than one weekI have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro that hadnt ever been updated from the standard 4GB RAM. After installing the 16GB RAM I purchased, its like a I have a new computer! Everything is so much quicker and I barely (if ever) see the cursed rainbow wheel. My blood pressure has dropped significantly because I can run multiple applications at once with ease.

Greater than one weekBought this for my MacBook Pro mid-2012. Apple says it can only take 4 gigabytes of ram (2-2 gigabytes) but in reality it can take up to 16 gigabytes. Got these really fast and the installation was real easy. Booted right up and recognized the full 16 gigabytes. Saved $40 with this brand vs Corsair.

> 3 dayGo to youtube and watch a few videos and you should be able to install this RAM. Its not hard. I upgraded my Macbook Pro 2012 from 4GB to 16GB. I can now load tons of apps. Be sure to upgrade the hard drive though to SSD. Youll see the most gains from going to SSD over RAM.

> 3 dayI replaced my 4gb ram with 16gb ram on my old MacBook Pro mid 2012. Now, I can feel the difference on booting and it’s performance. Should have done this way long ago. Oh yeah, I also replaced old 500gb hard drive with Kingston A400 480gb.
