Received my 16gb ram today. Condition was perfect and easy to install. This works great for older macbook pros like mine. I have an mid 2012. My macbook pro runs smoother and faster now.

One of the easiest upgrades you can do for a laptop. My 5 year old Lenovo laptops RAM doubled with this install and it now runs better than when I bought it. Just find out what the maximum RAM capacity of your laptop is before you buy.

I run a lot of audio editing (Logic Pro X), photoshop, and other heavy software and my computer was really struggling to keep up as it was a 2012 MacBook Pro and even with a 500gb SSD and 8gb of ram it still was having a lot of trouble. I just installed this in just a few minutes and my computer is running SOOOO much better! It’s made a huge difference and was super easy to get back up and running! Everything runs smoothly and much much better!

After 3 months these go bad. 1 month into having this my Mac would randomly restart on its own. Today I’m getting 3 beeps and my laptop won’t start up at all. Reinstalled my old RAM and everything works fine. Very Disappointed.

My 8 year old MacBook Pro simply flies with 16 GB RAM. Beware not all MacBooks can be upgraded with plugin RAM. The later Retina display models have soldered in place memory that can’t be upgraded. Apple won’t admit 16 GB works in these models, but it does.....
