Greater than one weekI have a 5 year old desktop that came with a 2 tb hard drive. Replacing the HDD with the SSD gave it a great speed boost! Startup times are way, way faster and so is over all performance. I used CrystalDiskMark to evaluate performance and it performed as marketed. Cloning was easy. I used my inateck hard drive USB enclosure to clone my hard drive. At 2 TB, it took over night. Once it was done and placed into my desktop, no problems booting or running. So far so good, speed is as advertised, its been problem free and the speed improvement has been great.

> 3 dayWorks really good in the laptop I bought it for. Seems faster then the original one did. Would recommend if a replacement is needed.

> 3 dayThis SSD offers a lot of storage and performance for the price. I used this SSD to upgrade a Macbook with low storage (with an adapter) and everything went smoothly. The laptop is noticeably quicker booting up and performing tasks. I dont have numbers to show since the device is no longer in my ownership but it was faster.

Greater than one weekMy PC Boots so fast now. I cloned my Western Digital 1tb hard drive to the Timetec 1TB SSD and everything is so much faster now. I am going to like this. I like Timetec products and installed 32gb of their ram a few months ago. I bought 2 of the Timetec 1 tb SSDs and the other one will be the system drive for another pc I am building. Could not me more pleased! I am running Win 10, I7 4.0 GHz on a Gigabyte Motherboard w 32 Gigs of ram.

> 3 dayAs a computer tech, Id been recommending SanDisk Ultra and Western Digital (WD) 3D NAND SSDs to my clients because, in my experience, they performed more consistently and had fewer issues than other brands. Ive used and recommended Timetec RAM for a long time. When I found that Timetec had their own line of SSDs, I gave them a try. Im a fan now! Less expensive, same performance, just as easy to install. Just wish they also came in 4TB size.

> 3 dayI was looking for a cheap SSD to improve my fathers old and very low profile laptop (it has a Pentium N processor). Laptop was very slow and the best improvement that you can do in this type of tin cans is put a SSD and wait for the results. I must say that the outcome is impressive (given the hardware characteristics). It powers on in just ten seconds, and the performance improves substantially. I must admit I look for the cheapest SSD I could find in Amazon, mainly because I wasnt expecting so much improvement in the hardware. But watching the results, I can say this disc worth each penny. It is so cheap, and performs exactly the same or even better than any other SSD from more famous brands. This is all for now. I want to see the performance in the long run. Since my father only uses internet and office software, I think first he will throw out the entire laptop before the SSD breaks or exceeds the 400 TBW.

> 3 dayI bought this to use with my RPi 4 with Ubuntu 22.10. The install was easy and the performance is very good. It scored better than any of the other SSDs that I have tried. Longevity still needs to be determined. The price point is better than other SSD’s that I have used and much better than the MicroSD cards that I have used for the RPi. If the longevity meets or exceeds the warranty, I will standardize on this SSD for my RPi and other computer rebuilds.

> 3 dayId like to say up front that this was my first SSD, so I had mixed feeling about changing from a HDD ( In this case, a WD Black 750 GB) which I had updated/upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to 10 Pro, using Acronis True Image 11, which Im familiar with and comfortable using. I had problems right away with the size difference, which Ive also had experience with and usually handled by using a manual method of partition-sizing, but had difficulty with this time. I finally decided to clone my source drive to another HDD (1TB) and try again...still had problems, but ended up using another HDD cloned backup with 7 Pro to make a successful cloning of the new SSD (both 1 TB) and finally doing a new update/upgrade to the SSD, now containing 7 Pro, to Windows 10 Pro. Note: after doing this last cloning of the SSD I noticed a message about a driver being installed for a new device which turned out to be the new SSD. This was the first time I noticed this message....the good news is everything now seems just fine - all is well. Long story short - Im happy with my choice of upgrading to Windows 10 and an SSD....I can hardly wait to move up to 2TB.
