Looking at the reviews of many, many portables, I think that your satisfaction depends mostly on your expectations and your personal needs. We have a big house with lots of carpet and bare floors as well. We have a big heavy monster vac that we use for the bi-weekly maid visit. But being over 80, we wanted a light weight portable that we could run over the floors on a daily basis. (1) suction is just fine. Picks up bits of kitty liter on low power. Occasionally use the high setting for something stubborn. (2) the rotary brush does a good job on the hard floors and the carpet. (3) The bin is a bit small but adequate for our use. Fairly easy to empty. (4) Especially like the wall hanging system. All tools right there (5) It is the quietest vacuum weve every on. (6) Battery life is enough for us to make the daily run. Bottom line: Dont expect this to replace your heavy duty corded vac, but it is an excellent well thought out design and I am expecting a long life.

This is our second vacuum by Tienco. We have one upstairs and I needed one for downstairs so I could do a quick clean up after the shedding began this spring. I had been wanting another one and when the price came down a bit I grabbed one. Our first one is around 5 years old and still going strong. I did have one issue with the old one and their customer service was amazing so I feel very confident that this was a great buy as well. It’s easy to clean and being cordless it can do a ton of vacuuming on one charge. I can do about 20 minutes of cleaning on one charge, that’s plenty of time to get everything picked up. Plus I love the light on the front so you can see all the dust hiding from normal view.

this is a good buy only thing I dont like is that I thought it came with two different vacuums otherwise I wouldnt have bought it other than that complaint it kool I like it

Purchased this vacuum a month ago and use it on a daily basis for light clean up in a dusty environment. Good suction for dust and small debris. Doesn’t pick up anything larger than a dime. The handle attaches and detaches easily so the accessories can be used w/o a problem. Would recommend this product for anyone who has to do quick clean up on a regular basis. Also note it is fairly quiet and manuverable.

Received as a Christmas gift in 2022. It is now April 2023 and it no longer works. I have cleaned out the stick vacuum regularly. I blow it out with an air compressor. I did use it daily for my kitchen between main cleaning days to keep the floor free dust, cat hair and what gets brought in though the back door. First i thought it was the batter, then it stopped going to the highest level (there are 3 levels of suction) Then it would just completely stop. I have recharged, I took off the battery to make sure there were not broken connections and to assure it was on correctly. I called the product line and get put on hold and have to leave message. i called a few times and was able to get through. I did speak with a very nice man and he went through with me on the phone to see if we could problem solve. Came down to the motor. They are to send me a new motor part which is the hand held portion. I will get back once the process has been completed and with how long it takes to receive the replacement motor and any other details as that time. fingers crossed as I did like the stick vacuum while it was working. Rating at this time a 1 star till this is complete... **UPDATE** 4-21-2023*** I could not be more PLEASED!! Tineco customer service I received was OUTSTANDING! Everyone I spoke with on the phone each time was polite and professional and very knowledgeable of the product. The man I spoke with the first time, Chris, listened to the vacuum over the phone we discussed what was going on and it diagnosed it was the motor. They sent a replacement motor by mail and I had it within the week. I could not be more pleased. I had called a second time after I received the New motor, which I had believed my husband had change out the motor. When speaking with the young lady (I forgot her name, my apologies) when reading back the serial number we found out that the old motor was still on. (I felt stupid) She was very sweet, but we found out the issue right away. TINECO, Thank you for standing by your product and for the wonderful Customer Service Team that you have. I recommend this product as I loved the product when i received it and the Customer Service is exemplary. Thank you again.

Not very impressed. When on high it lasts only 15 minutes if that. Doesn’t hold tiny rocks and will fall out when I hang it up on the wall. Super disappointing and now I’m out money.

This vacuum cleaner is only good for light, dust, and very small debris on the floor. It is not very powerful and the trigger always starts on the weakest setting. I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum to anyone, even if you are cleaning hard surfaces only.

In order to empty the bin after only 3 minutes of picking up my dogs hair, one needs to remove the entire center assembly which contains the pre-filter. This is no different from any similar non-bagged cordless vacuum. Actually, this is probably still easier to empty of the dog hair than other non-bagged cordless vacuum in this respect. I use this vacuum almost exclusively to pick up dog hair. Even though it’s not very good at Containing the hair in the bin, it still might be the best tool for this job. The cyclone doesn’t work; after 30 seconds of picking up hair, there is no cyclone. The reason I use this tool for this purpose, that it is clearly not designed for, is because, my iRobot vacuum is also not designed for this, the hair clogs up the iRobot very quickly. Using this tool for several minutes in each room before the Roomba does its work, Effectively makes the total job easier. Also between major cleanings picking up his hair is much easier. It is the most noticeable thing on the floor. I have a large golden retriever. He sheds about a sweater’s worth every several days. His fur is very soft. Since I collect so much of this wonderful soft fur I am considering contacting Cruella de Vil.

I bought this thinking I would just use it for quick cleaning in the kitchen in between running the robot vacuums. My first time I ran it in semi darkness in the kitchen before going to bed, and wow! The light on the front lit up all the crumbs and even dust, and this thing sucked it all up, even the dust! (I had no idea my vinyl plank floors were so dusty! Yikes!) The light on the front revealed a perfectly clean area where it had been. I was so impressed I kept vacuuming on and on, didn’t even need to use the high power mode!! It was so satisfying to see everything it revealed on what I thought was my clean floors. I finished the kitchen and went into other rooms. I have a 15 year old Miele I paid $800 for back then, and this little thing easily does as good a job!! I am amazed! It is so maneuverable in any direction, lightweight, not very noisy, and does a fantastic job. Second time I ran it for about 45 minutes and got all but two rooms of my 3,000 Sq ft house cleaned before it needed recharging. I love being able to empty the dust bucket by just releasing the latch. Also, as I ran it I kept expecting to feel the pull of a cord stopping me but it is cordless! What a joy to not be limited by a cord! I have one area rug and it did get everything off it but unsure if it does as deep a cleaning as the special vacuum head on my Miele, but for spot cleaning the rug this is perfect, and I suspect if I use this in high power mode on the rug it will deep clean the pile. For fun: Run it in a darkly lit room and be amazed!! You can’t see how dirty your floors really are or it’s full cleaning abilities in daytime.

I had Dyson before but the battery wasn’t charging as much, I purchased this one and after 3 hours it was charged. I used it about 15 minutes on high.. I was happy with results! I feel like it suction better than my expensive Dyson. I used it only once but I like it.
