> 3 dayI absolutely love this vacuum. I used to have the Animal Dyson and although it was great on thick rugs it sucked up my thinner rugs. This vacuum works great on hard wood floors and thinner rugs. Easy to clean. I hear it sucking up dirt on the thicker rugs too so I think it works perfectly for my needs. I vacuum almost every day as I have kids and cats and the occasional litter to vacuum up. I love that it is small, easy to use, no cord and works great.

> 3 dayWell, it works great but after you register the product youre supposed to get a free filter for your vac. Instead you will be offered something (a replacement roller, Mine doesnt even have a roller) for one of their other vacs. Contacted customer support. Waste of time.

> 3 dayThe battery time is awful only last about 15 to 20 minutes and takes about 3 hrs. To charge. I cannot complete my cleaning in that amount of time unless I get another battery.

> 3 dayI was already sold on Tineco brand, I already have the cordless wet hard floor cleaner and an S11 stick vac. I love the S11s ease of use, lightweight, easy change of attachments, LED lights on the floor attachment, ease of cleaning, and the ample charge to do the whole house. It really has made vacuuming easier, especially so on hard floor surfaces. So I needed another vac for different location and I found the A11, it is marketed like the S11 but missing some bells and whistles, so at nearly HALF the price I had to try it. From description its hard to tell the differences so I will explain. After receiving and using, to my very much appreciation the A11 is an equally good vac as the S11, all the things I love about the S11 - it has them. The two units look nearly identical. Upon further inspection the primary thing it is missing on the A11 is a dust sensor that adjusts the suction automatically on the S11, so on the A11 you have a button to manually select low-med-high suction. From my perspective that one feature is not worth double the price, so if you want a great vac at a better price get the A11. So some features I really like: -LED on floor cleaner head. We have dogs that shed small hairs everywhere. The LEDs make the hairs illuminate, making it really easy to see where cleaning is needed, it works especially well in lower ambient light -Lightweight and battery operated. Coming from a heavy corded vac this is so much easier to use that I vac much more frequently. The battery lasts way longer than you think it will, especially as low speed setting is more than adequate for hard floors. -Flexible and agile to use. The floor head easily goes under the bed and under furniture large vacs cannot, plus it has a flex head making it very maneuverable. -It has HEPA filter and comes with two primary filters and a filter cleaner. This was not clear in description, the primary filter comes with a cleaning attachment you attach to the running vac, it spins the filter and cleans it off, (just be sure to install the second filter first) -excellent attachments are provided. The small beater brush is great for furniture or the car, the crevice tool is an easy way to get all the corners, and the brush tool works great on ceiling corners. All can be used connected direct to the pistol grip head, or at end of the extended wand.

> 3 dayI’m pleased with this purchase. I was looking to potentially buy a dyson or LG cordless but wasn’t sure I was ready to drop so much money on a vacuum considering every product I looked up had mixed reviews. I previously had a cordless shark and hated it. The good: has a trigger button lever so you don’t always have to keep holding it down for power, it’s lightweight and easy to handle, strong enough to pick up kitty litter, works incredibly well for crevice cleaning and baseboards, easy to clean parts and filters. The bad: battery life could be longer, I wouldn’t purchase this for a house with carpet. We have hardwoods, tile and laminate. It works great on all of those. However, it struggles when on our (fairly low pile) area rugs. This makes me think it would do even worse on carpet. It will suck items up, but not as good as our corded vacuum and it will also struggle to roll over the rug and requires pushing and repositioning. Despite the struggles over the rugs, I’m happy I bought this! I wanted for quick cleanups and more so daily pickups. I’ll still have to drag out my corded vacuum for rugs, so don’t rely on this to be your only machine. It out performs my more expensive cordless shark ion by far.

Greater than one weekThere is a bottleneck about a thumbnail sized wide point between the tube and where the debris dumps into the holding container. This tiny space will not allow you to vacuum anything other than a light smattering of pet hair or dust. Even a small leaf can and WILL block this section. The battery doesn’t last more than 15 minutes usage on a full charge. Not particularly strong suction but even if it was, most items would get blocked. If you only have hard floors and very light fur this could work for you.

> 3 dayReceived as a Christmas gift in 2022. It is now April 2023 and it no longer works. I have cleaned out the stick vacuum regularly. I blow it out with an air compressor. I did use it daily for my kitchen between main cleaning days to keep the floor free dust, cat hair and what gets brought in though the back door. First i thought it was the batter, then it stopped going to the highest level (there are 3 levels of suction) Then it would just completely stop. I have recharged, I took off the battery to make sure there were not broken connections and to assure it was on correctly. I called the product line and get put on hold and have to leave message. i called a few times and was able to get through. I did speak with a very nice man and he went through with me on the phone to see if we could problem solve. Came down to the motor. They are to send me a new motor part which is the hand held portion. I will get back once the process has been completed and with how long it takes to receive the replacement motor and any other details as that time. fingers crossed as I did like the stick vacuum while it was working. Rating at this time a 1 star till this is complete... **UPDATE** 4-21-2023*** I could not be more PLEASED!! Tineco customer service I received was OUTSTANDING! Everyone I spoke with on the phone each time was polite and professional and very knowledgeable of the product. The man I spoke with the first time, Chris, listened to the vacuum over the phone we discussed what was going on and it diagnosed it was the motor. They sent a replacement motor by mail and I had it within the week. I could not be more pleased. I had called a second time after I received the New motor, which I had believed my husband had change out the motor. When speaking with the young lady (I forgot her name, my apologies) when reading back the serial number we found out that the old motor was still on. (I felt stupid) She was very sweet, but we found out the issue right away. TINECO, Thank you for standing by your product and for the wonderful Customer Service Team that you have. I recommend this product as I loved the product when i received it and the Customer Service is exemplary. Thank you again.
