> 3 dayWell, it works great but after you register the product youre supposed to get a free filter for your vac. Instead you will be offered something (a replacement roller, Mine doesnt even have a roller) for one of their other vacs. Contacted customer support. Waste of time.

> 3 dayVery disappointed in this vacuum. It doesn’t pick up well at all. I’m also used to hanging the vacuum on the wall charger and it begins charging. This one you have to hang then plug in. Small inconvenience but worth mentioning if you’re used to just hanging and leaving. The power/suction was the biggest disappointment. My other vacuum broke so I was in a hurry to replace otherwise I’d have returned it.

> 3 dayI use this vacuum to spot clean and even on the highest setting it does not pick up all the dog hair. I run a robotic vacuum twice a day and have a cleaner come weekly. So there is never an over abundance of hair. Battery life is below average. Pretty disappointed. On a positive note, The look is aesthetically pleasing and does come with a bunch of attachments. I would not recommend this even as a “spot clean” vacuum with pets.

> 3 dayI originally got this for hard wood floors. The suction isnt wonderful and it definitely does not work on carpet very well for the price I thought it would be a little better. Was really excited for this. But does what it needs to do for my hard wood floors.

> 3 dayBought because it was light weight. It does seem like I have to vacuum really slow and go over the same spot a couple times to get all the dog hair. I probably wouldnt buy this again!!!

> 3 dayMy wife and I are seniors, have no carpet nor rugs in our house and this thing is perfect for us. Its lightweight, easy to use and does a fine job on our floors. Vacuuming our floors has never been more convenient and easy. Disconnect the wand and power head and it works well as a lightweight, handheld vacuum. (I used it to clean the dust out of my desktop PC.) I was a little nervous about buying a battery-operated vacuum cleaner, particularly one priced lower than most, but were both very pleased with its convenience and performance. We get around 20 minutes of run time at low speed, about half that at the high setting.

> 3 dayI really like the product for my studio apt. The battery dies very quickly so I can imagine it’s frustrating if you’re vacuuming a large apt or house. I bought this in August and in November the battery stopped charging properly (it only charges to one line so it dies even sooner). I gave their customer service a call and they’ve been somewhat helpful. It’s been about three weeks since I requested a new battery. They don’t really respond to emails so I’ve had to call them multiple times for updates. Overall I don’t reject buying the vacuum (in the hopes that I do receive a battery replacement) but not sure I would recommend it anymore.

> 3 dayI’ve had a Dyson V10 for probably 6-7 years now and that was my first stick vacuum. I bought this Tineco as a replacement; here are the things I absolutely love about it: I’ve had it for a couple months now and so far it’s performed very well - very powerful little vacuum works great on all suction levels. All the parts and pieces come apart and can be cleaned so easily. Taking the Dyson apart was a nightmare and I never fully got everything apart to clean it properly. The replacement filters are relatively cheap and also easy to clean (it comes with a filter cleaning attachment but it pulls the dust from the dirty filter onto the clean filter and that’s obviously stupid, but the filters can easily be rinsed instead). It’s lightweight and quiet. It has a trigger lock so you don’t have to hold the trigger down, I really love that (#firstworldproblems) The floor attachment is small and maneuvers nicely, which allows me to vacuum under furniture with ease, to include the bathroom vanities! And the light on the floor attachment is a game changer for me. I have wood flooring throughout my home and I live with a very sheddy yellow lab - this vacuum picks up hair (and fine dust) off the hard floors with ease, whereas my Dyson would spit it back out depending on which direction you went. My complaints about this vacuum: It doesn’t work well (or almost at all) on the carpets and rugs. On the lowest setting while moving at the speed of smell, it will work on a very thin rug with multiple passes. However, anything with a high pile or a traditional carpet will require something else. I don’t think it’s an issue of suction, but rather the floor attachment just doesn’t do well on any fabric (the upholstery attachment works as it should on furniture). I love this vacuum enough that I plan to keep it and it will be the designated “upstairs vacuum”; it’s very user-friendly and easy to clean, which is important to me, and it actually picks up the dog hair but I do wish it were more versatile. In all, I don’t think I’d recommend this vacuum if you have anything other than wood flooring in your home, so I’m giving it 3 stars for lack of versatility/function.

> 3 dayPretty good vacuum. It has enough suction and has a very good sealed hepa filter. Loving it so far. The only downside for people who dont mount wall mounts is that it takes a couple of hours to charge for 25 min. Itd be a bit annoying without a wall mount since you will have it put it back into the closet or somewhere after it finishes charging. But, other than that, it is a very good vacuum.
