> 3 dayWorks great on my hardwood floors and area rugs in my pet filled home, suction and filtration is above average. Many different uses with the attachments and adjustable handle length, you will be quick to clean way more than just floors! The canister is easy to empty and keep clean, I enjoy the sleek lightweight design with the bonus wall mounted charging station. I am pleased with this purchase and will be trying more Tineco products in the future

> 3 dayIt was a little too flimsy for me. I bought one 4 years ago and absolutely loved it.

> 3 dayI have a dog who has been shedding like crazy and I’ve been looking for something that will pick up all of his hair on the ground and especially on the couch. This thing is heaven sent. I had been waiting to purchase a Dyson but took my chance in this and it’s like a perfect dupe! It picks up all of his hair from the couch so now i dont have to worry about when guests come over. There’s a ton of attachments. What i love most is the light that shows me everything on the ground. I had a robo vacuum that i thought was picking everything up and i quickly learned that this does double the job in half the time. The battery doesn’t last very long in the highest setting but ever since i got it I’ve been able to vacuum so easily as i leave a room so it stays charged when i do need it compared to vacuuming the entire apartment. I’m interested to see how it will be after a few months but for now I’m quite literally obsessed

Greater than one weekI use this vacuum to spot clean and even on the highest setting it does not pick up all the dog hair. I run a robotic vacuum twice a day and have a cleaner come weekly. So there is never an over abundance of hair. Battery life is below average. Pretty disappointed. On a positive note, The look is aesthetically pleasing and does come with a bunch of attachments. I would not recommend this even as a “spot clean” vacuum with pets.

> 3 dayThis thing has so much suction and is so quiet I thought there was something wrong with it on high power vacuuming my carpet, it literally sticks to the floor. Our area rugs look absolutely amazing and the amount of hair and dust particles that came up were absolutely unbelievable. This is after using our Shark Vacuum that recently crapped out and clogged with hair EVERY SINGE TIME. The tineco a11 pet ex works best on setting 1 or 2 on carpet, 3 on hard floors and 3 to deep clean the carpet but takes a little more effort. Great accessories, second battery is a must!! If you want something quick and light with big power for half the price of a dyson this is it. If you want to spend $500-$600 get the tineco s15 pet ex. If youre completely insane get the newest dyson.

> 3 dayI wasnt expecting much for $150 but this vacuum works great. Its also unbelievably lightweight so I use it several times a day. If you vacuum hardwood floors with the lights off the lights on the vacuum illuminate every speck of dust which makes it enjoyable to vacuum. The battery lasts about 20 minutes which is enough to sweep 1200 ft2 of hardwood floors. The attachments are handy too. Im very pleasantly surprised by how well this vacuum works. I put my full size Dyson vacuum out in the garage because I rarely need it now.

> 3 dayHas a nice suction, vacuum itself feels weak, low grade material.

> 3 dayI used this vacuum heavily for two years. Just two days ago I was vacuuming and a plastic piece that is used to hold the top together broke and now the entire vacuum cannot be used. I liked this vacuum but I never loved it so I won’t be repurchasing. I am bummed that I couldn’t get more years out of it.

20-11-2024I was already sold on Tineco brand, I already have the cordless wet hard floor cleaner and an S11 stick vac. I love the S11s ease of use, lightweight, easy change of attachments, LED lights on the floor attachment, ease of cleaning, and the ample charge to do the whole house. It really has made vacuuming easier, especially so on hard floor surfaces. So I needed another vac for different location and I found the A11, it is marketed like the S11 but missing some bells and whistles, so at nearly HALF the price I had to try it. From description its hard to tell the differences so I will explain. After receiving and using, to my very much appreciation the A11 is an equally good vac as the S11, all the things I love about the S11 - it has them. The two units look nearly identical. Upon further inspection the primary thing it is missing on the A11 is a dust sensor that adjusts the suction automatically on the S11, so on the A11 you have a button to manually select low-med-high suction. From my perspective that one feature is not worth double the price, so if you want a great vac at a better price get the A11. So some features I really like: -LED on floor cleaner head. We have dogs that shed small hairs everywhere. The LEDs make the hairs illuminate, making it really easy to see where cleaning is needed, it works especially well in lower ambient light -Lightweight and battery operated. Coming from a heavy corded vac this is so much easier to use that I vac much more frequently. The battery lasts way longer than you think it will, especially as low speed setting is more than adequate for hard floors. -Flexible and agile to use. The floor head easily goes under the bed and under furniture large vacs cannot, plus it has a flex head making it very maneuverable. -It has HEPA filter and comes with two primary filters and a filter cleaner. This was not clear in description, the primary filter comes with a cleaning attachment you attach to the running vac, it spins the filter and cleans it off, (just be sure to install the second filter first) -excellent attachments are provided. The small beater brush is great for furniture or the car, the crevice tool is an easy way to get all the corners, and the brush tool works great on ceiling corners. All can be used connected direct to the pistol grip head, or at end of the extended wand.
