> 3 dayThe Tineco A10 is my first experience with a stick vacuum. I absolutely love it! This vacuum is easy to maneuver great suction. I am very impressed with how much this vacuum picks up. I have 3 kids and a dog I vacuum daily. With a full charge I am able to vacuum the majority of my house. This works great on carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile. The vacuum does offer a max option I find I dont need it. This vacuum comes with attachments all of which I use daily. Highly recommend purchasing this vacuum

> 3 dayPurchased this vacuum a month ago and use it on a daily basis for light clean up in a dusty environment. Good suction for dust and small debris. Doesn’t pick up anything larger than a dime. The handle attaches and detaches easily so the accessories can be used w/o a problem. Would recommend this product for anyone who has to do quick clean up on a regular basis. Also note it is fairly quiet and manuverable.

> 3 dayI really like the product for my studio apt. The battery dies very quickly so I can imagine it’s frustrating if you’re vacuuming a large apt or house. I bought this in August and in November the battery stopped charging properly (it only charges to one line so it dies even sooner). I gave their customer service a call and they’ve been somewhat helpful. It’s been about three weeks since I requested a new battery. They don’t really respond to emails so I’ve had to call them multiple times for updates. Overall I don’t reject buying the vacuum (in the hopes that I do receive a battery replacement) but not sure I would recommend it anymore.

> 3 dayI actually have two of these. One bought about a year ago and the other older than that. The first unit came with 2 batteries standard. After a year or so both batteries would only run for 5-10 minutes tops before dying. I went to the Tineco site and bought one replacement. Then I saw this model was discounted and was only like $25 then just a battery. So I bought this off Amazon as well. Not less than 1 year later the replacement battery as well as the battery that came with the Amazon purchase are also shot. And not from overuse either. Probably use these vacuums twice a week for 20 minutes tops. The replacement batteries are $70 and only available from Teneco directly. I like the vacuum and it works great on bare floors. But Im not paying $70 every 10 months for replacement batteries.

> 3 dayI had Dyson before but the battery wasn’t charging as much, I purchased this one and after 3 hours it was charged. I used it about 15 minutes on high.. I was happy with results! I feel like it suction better than my expensive Dyson. I used it only once but I like it.

> 3 dayI was already sold on Tineco brand, I already have the cordless wet hard floor cleaner and an S11 stick vac. I love the S11s ease of use, lightweight, easy change of attachments, LED lights on the floor attachment, ease of cleaning, and the ample charge to do the whole house. It really has made vacuuming easier, especially so on hard floor surfaces. So I needed another vac for different location and I found the A11, it is marketed like the S11 but missing some bells and whistles, so at nearly HALF the price I had to try it. From description its hard to tell the differences so I will explain. After receiving and using, to my very much appreciation the A11 is an equally good vac as the S11, all the things I love about the S11 - it has them. The two units look nearly identical. Upon further inspection the primary thing it is missing on the A11 is a dust sensor that adjusts the suction automatically on the S11, so on the A11 you have a button to manually select low-med-high suction. From my perspective that one feature is not worth double the price, so if you want a great vac at a better price get the A11. So some features I really like: -LED on floor cleaner head. We have dogs that shed small hairs everywhere. The LEDs make the hairs illuminate, making it really easy to see where cleaning is needed, it works especially well in lower ambient light -Lightweight and battery operated. Coming from a heavy corded vac this is so much easier to use that I vac much more frequently. The battery lasts way longer than you think it will, especially as low speed setting is more than adequate for hard floors. -Flexible and agile to use. The floor head easily goes under the bed and under furniture large vacs cannot, plus it has a flex head making it very maneuverable. -It has HEPA filter and comes with two primary filters and a filter cleaner. This was not clear in description, the primary filter comes with a cleaning attachment you attach to the running vac, it spins the filter and cleans it off, (just be sure to install the second filter first) -excellent attachments are provided. The small beater brush is great for furniture or the car, the crevice tool is an easy way to get all the corners, and the brush tool works great on ceiling corners. All can be used connected direct to the pistol grip head, or at end of the extended wand.

> 3 dayIve been using this product for over a year now, and I continue to be impressed by its power, durability, and ease of use. Its lightweight and easy to handle. Battery power has been great, and the indicator lights provide excellent feedback for when to charge. Its great for cleaning cars and hard to reach places. Emptying the waste container is similar to other products, but I recommend doing this outside into a bag to avoid getting any fine dust back into the house. I also own a corded Sears Cannister vac and a Dyson vac. The Tineco is not as strong as either one with vacuum, but it honestly has enough strength for most tasks. It is much more maneuverable than my Sears cannister, but I still use the cannister for really dirty stuff to keep the Tineco as clean as possible. It is also far better ergonomically than my Dyson, which aside from the strong suction, feels like a toy in comparison and seems to be made for elves. Highly recommended product!

> 3 dayI bought this thinking I would just use it for quick cleaning in the kitchen in between running the robot vacuums. My first time I ran it in semi darkness in the kitchen before going to bed, and wow! The light on the front lit up all the crumbs and even dust, and this thing sucked it all up, even the dust! (I had no idea my vinyl plank floors were so dusty! Yikes!) The light on the front revealed a perfectly clean area where it had been. I was so impressed I kept vacuuming on and on, didn’t even need to use the high power mode!! It was so satisfying to see everything it revealed on what I thought was my clean floors. I finished the kitchen and went into other rooms. I have a 15 year old Miele I paid $800 for back then, and this little thing easily does as good a job!! I am amazed! It is so maneuverable in any direction, lightweight, not very noisy, and does a fantastic job. Second time I ran it for about 45 minutes and got all but two rooms of my 3,000 Sq ft house cleaned before it needed recharging. I love being able to empty the dust bucket by just releasing the latch. Also, as I ran it I kept expecting to feel the pull of a cord stopping me but it is cordless! What a joy to not be limited by a cord! I have one area rug and it did get everything off it but unsure if it does as deep a cleaning as the special vacuum head on my Miele, but for spot cleaning the rug this is perfect, and I suspect if I use this in high power mode on the rug it will deep clean the pile. For fun: Run it in a darkly lit room and be amazed!! You can’t see how dirty your floors really are or it’s full cleaning abilities in daytime.

> 3 dayIt was a little too flimsy for me. I bought one 4 years ago and absolutely loved it.
