Update: Customer service is very quick and already have a replacement on the way! I absolutely loved this box! For 29 days! Until a few days ago it started acting strange and now it’s 1 day past the return window and I can’t return it for a replacement. I’ve reached out to the company so we will see. Will update if the company replaces it!

I had this dimmer on my patio. It worked well for about 9 months then the dimmer feature quit working . Treat life accepted responsibility and sent me a new one that works great . I was very happy with their quick response

Everything works great, app on cell phone easily controls dimming, time setting but I would like to set the dusk to dawn but cant figure out how to make it work. Havent taken the time to contact the manufacturer/seller. Im sure its probably a simple setting under scenes but cant figure out how to save the setting. If you are tech savy this is a good device for you.

Setting up with the app was quick and easy and it works as advertised. I really enjoy the ability to dim the lighting and remote access.

Only hay use the button control on 3 strings of dimmable lights, works great. Had to disassemble when it got full of water(from light rain) to dry out it out. Now it is only hooked up when is use, does not stay outside.

When the TreatLife app upgrades, it often loses the user credentials. When trying to re-input username/email and password, it fails. The reset password fails. It has required me to make whole new accounts just to be able to use the app again. Overall decent hardware, and the app is fine when the credentials are working, but I wouldnt recommend this due to the pain of it losing accounts all the time.

I’m using this to connect my fence string lights to Alexa. Set up was a breeze and now I can use Alexa commands to control it and set routines.

Easy to use smart plug with dimming feature. The App found and added the device effortlessly. Just wish it has a slightly longer cord. but still better than having to be plugged into the socket directly and taking up the whole thing.
