TriboTEX Nano Oil Additive Car Engine Treatment: Add to Engine Lube - Makes High Mileage Cars Like New with a Synthetic Material (Treats One Regular Car, Truck, Tractor or Small Diesel)

I was alittle reluctant to buy this product, because I thought it expensive but I did and used it in my 2003 BMW X5 with over 201000 miles. It hasnt been in the car for 500 miles yet but Ive notice that the car moves effortlessly when on the highway and when idling it is so quiet. I am very impressed and happy I bought it.

2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 5.3L V8 with 199,000 miles. The truck has always run well, but idled a little rough and had a lifter ticking sound. After an oil change and adding TriboTex I took it on a 34 mile drive on the highway. The idle is so smooth now, can barely hear the engine running. Have only put about 300 miles on the truck. HAVE NOT hand calculated MPG yet, but the dash always says 15.1 average, and is really accurate when hand calculating. This tank it says 15.8 average. Ill hand calculate the next tank to see if its accurate. If so that is a 6.32% MPG increase and that is incredible.

This stuff is great! Engine in my 06 Charger SRT8 started running smoother just 40 miles after adding it to the oil!

I did not do any instrumented tests, and my gas mileage varies with my aggressiveness. The difference I CAN attest to is, before Tribo Tex, my 2000 Honda Accord V6 coupe hadnt started on the 1st try in quite some time. It would need at least two and sometimes 3 cranking cycles. The car is tuned regularly and top tier gas is used. Now it starts on the 1st try EVERY time. Tribo Tex is the only difference in the past 3 months. Was that a compression issue? I dont know. I DO know I will be buying and recommending it again!

I added this to my Land Rover TDi. 135k. It works. Ive always been a bit skeptical about stuff on the internet (and even sometimes Amazon), but it works. After only 200 miles, my car is smoking way less, and the leaks that were there are just not happening. Im frankly shocked. The blow-by that was happening has been significantly reduced. I also want to add that the folks at Tribotex were helpful in suggesting other causes/fixes for my issues. I had already done them, so it didnt seem to matter here for this successful usage, but I was pleased at their holisitic customer service!

This wont make your car new, but it will bring it back to life. My 2012 Ford went from sluggish to power with a slight increase in MPG. You will not see serious gains on the MPG but this is a gain for 40,000 miles not every fill up with other products. I would use it again.

UPDATE: 3/23/2018 I received a response back from TriboTex and they stand by their product and customers. A+ customer service! Added the first treatment in my Porsche Cayenne S at 138,000 miles. I didnt see any noticeable changes. I drove over 1500 miles since adding and still didnt notice much. At 142,000 I had a oil change. The Cayenne requires 9 quarts of Mobile 1 0w-40. After the oil change I decided to purchase another TriboTEX treatment and thought maybe since the engine capacity is much larger than most standard engines it may require two treatments. I have since driven a little over 500 miles since adding the second treatment and still dont see any results. I was hoping this stuff would really help reduce friction and noise I been experiencing. Maybe its just not the right stuff for my vehicle or maybe something else is wrong with my engine.

Placed it in 2007 Honda CRV and pickup. noise and efficiency all improved.. Im sold

Tribotex is one oil additive I would recommend to anyone who is willing to give it a try. I have two cars I added tribotex to...Honda civic that has 260 thousand miles and a ford freestyle. The Honda has a lot more horsepower and the engine ran a lot smoother and quieter. The freestyle has 230 thousand miles and the miles per gallon is increasing by 3-4 plus it runs really smooth. It’s good stuff for me and it works! I recommended it to my friends and family! If they wanted proof I just let them drive my car so they could tell the difference and make them a believer. So...if you’re reading this review, try it! You won’t regret it!

It’s easy to add, after the 15 minute warm up I noticed a difference in the sound of the motor after starting also have hit the 500 mile mark and it’s stayed the same so what I can say is it improved the sound of the motor but it’s not a fix all people expect to much from the product but it works just don’t expect a new motor by adding an oil additive
