> 24 hourThis product was dropped by Ubiquiti in early 2021 and they discontinued support for Ubiquiti video so this product cannot be connected to without Ubiquiti NVR system and subscription to Ubiquiti protect software. The standalone setup will not work, you cannot access ubiquiti video app anymore, ubiquiti device discovery finds the device but does not allow you to log in since the support has ceased.

> 24 hourIf you are a serious hobbyist or an IT professional whos already familiar with the Unifi Video setup then this is a great little product for otherwise tough to cover sports. Not as secure as something mounted to the wall of course, but for a small office, a closet, or a child room for a home application this is a great little deal at a great price. If you dont know what Unifi video is and dont want to deal with setting up a Unifi Video Controller or dont even know what that mean this is not the camera for you. :)

> 24 hourI was expected to have a little bit better picture quality. The camera it is very good and easy to install. It is working very good dooring the day. A little bit hard to identify in low light the face. Probably better with flood lights.

> 24 hourI just have mine temped in at the moment in my office. For my application, Im waiting for the optional ceiling mount to arrive. The motion detection is good. The video is very clear. The night vision illumination is good to 10-12 feet, with some detail lost beyond that distance. I havent tried the two way audio yet. The Unifi Protect software and app work great, notifying me if there is movement in the cameras software adjustable motion zone(s) and storing the video on the Cloud Key Gen 2 Plus.

> 24 hourIm still a fan of Ubiquiti, but this camera has been giving me grief. It continues to either disconnect and stay in that state or it seems to upgrade and stay in that state. Ive factory defaulted the camera many times over many weeks and it continues with his behavior. Ive also uninstalled/reinstalled UniFi Video numerous times to no avail. I think its time to give up on this specific camera. Original Review..... Ive had very good success with Ubiquiti products over the year and this G3 Flex is no exception. Im very pleased with this camera and I intend to by more. The only issue is retrieving the recordings, but its probably operator error.

> 24 hourSo I love these little cameras, and they are actually replacing my WYZE cameras,... and I have 5 of them. One for each entrance into my house, and two diagonally across from each other in the garage. They have been flawless so far, and for the price, I think they are a good deal because they simply work. The cameras can be mounted just about anywhere, and there are a few additional mounting options that you can buy from Ubiquiti. You can easily adjust the angle of the camera head, it tilts-clicks to the different positions. Also the head does manually rotate as well. This is NOT motorized at all, and it is dampened, so they wont accidentally rotate or tilt. The resolution of these are 1920x1080p, so they do not push a lot of data on the network. Yes, I would have liked to see a 4k option for these, but considering that these are entry level cameras, I think they are fine. Maybe they might come out with a Motorized Pro Version with 4k resolution. They do get slightly warm, but really its not be a big deal. I have a pair that are in a hot garage, and the heat and cold dont bother them. They are lightweight, mostly high quality plastic and the lens shroud is a deep dark red, almost black in color. It is a transparent piece that allows the infra-red light to come through it and also integrates the lens so the IR is always pointing the same direction as the camera. The area of coverage is decent for the IR, I dont have any complaints. I do have them connected to the Ubiquiti Unifi Switch POE 8 (150 Watt) for power and the Ubiquiti Unifi Cloud Key Gen 2+ which has the built in NVR. The NVR shipped with a 1TB HDD that was DOA, however, I replaced it with a 1TB SSD and it works well. I also happen to have a the UniFi Lite Access Point connected to the switch. So basically, I went all in with Ubiquiti and Im so pleased, that Im also installing the same setups in a few of my friends houses.

> 24 hourI really cant say anything bad about this camera. Pretty much plug and play with my cloud key gen 2+. Great picture, great night vision and great sound recording. I am using it as an indoor camera. No issues using unifi protect on Android phone or my Nvidia shield.
