> 3 daySo I love these little cameras, and they are actually replacing my WYZE cameras,... and I have 5 of them. One for each entrance into my house, and two diagonally across from each other in the garage. They have been flawless so far, and for the price, I think they are a good deal because they simply work. The cameras can be mounted just about anywhere, and there are a few additional mounting options that you can buy from Ubiquiti. You can easily adjust the angle of the camera head, it tilts-clicks to the different positions. Also the head does manually rotate as well. This is NOT motorized at all, and it is dampened, so they wont accidentally rotate or tilt. The resolution of these are 1920x1080p, so they do not push a lot of data on the network. Yes, I would have liked to see a 4k option for these, but considering that these are entry level cameras, I think they are fine. Maybe they might come out with a Motorized Pro Version with 4k resolution. They do get slightly warm, but really its not be a big deal. I have a pair that are in a hot garage, and the heat and cold dont bother them. They are lightweight, mostly high quality plastic and the lens shroud is a deep dark red, almost black in color. It is a transparent piece that allows the infra-red light to come through it and also integrates the lens so the IR is always pointing the same direction as the camera. The area of coverage is decent for the IR, I dont have any complaints. I do have them connected to the Ubiquiti Unifi Switch POE 8 (150 Watt) for power and the Ubiquiti Unifi Cloud Key Gen 2+ which has the built in NVR. The NVR shipped with a 1TB HDD that was DOA, however, I replaced it with a 1TB SSD and it works well. I also happen to have a the UniFi Lite Access Point connected to the switch. So basically, I went all in with Ubiquiti and Im so pleased, that Im also installing the same setups in a few of my friends houses.

Greater than one weekWhen you buy a camera that works with software designed to manage that camera you expect it to work out of the box. Not so much with this camera. Software is installed, camera is connected but the program says its not. But it is! Wait! You may have to update the firmware. Im not an IT and why doesnt the firmware you put in the camera when you sold it in the first place work with program. And now Im expected to work for hours with help to resolve the issue. And Amazon wants to know why I return stuff like this. You want me to keep it then sell something that works.

> 3 dayHas motion detection, but that is the only feature. Where is the feature to see what was captured during motion detection? There isnt one. View one giant massive recording all day and look for the flag that motion was detected. These are less than terrible. You get what you pay for.

> 3 dayIf you are a serious hobbyist or an IT professional whos already familiar with the Unifi Video setup then this is a great little product for otherwise tough to cover sports. Not as secure as something mounted to the wall of course, but for a small office, a closet, or a child room for a home application this is a great little deal at a great price. If you dont know what Unifi video is and dont want to deal with setting up a Unifi Video Controller or dont even know what that mean this is not the camera for you. :)

Greater than one weekI have a Ubiquiti Unify system and this is a great addition. Good quality picture and flexibility of installation and use. Particularly appreciated with Ubiquiti is that although their NVR system is closed to only Ubiquiti cameras they make available a selectable quality RTSP stream for use by other software. I use ManyCam as well and it works great. Only wish is for an SD card recording option for buffering video for those times that connectivity is lost.

> 3 dayCamera is ok. Proprietary viewing software is vintage 2000. Difficult to use, no book marks, scrolling is basically impossible. Very poor implantation. Almost makes the camera worthless.
