When you buy a camera that works with software designed to manage that camera you expect it to work out of the box. Not so much with this camera. Software is installed, camera is connected but the program says its not. But it is! Wait! You may have to update the firmware. Im not an IT and why doesnt the firmware you put in the camera when you sold it in the first place work with program. And now Im expected to work for hours with help to resolve the issue. And Amazon wants to know why I return stuff like this. You want me to keep it then sell something that works.

Unifi is the best integrated system on the planet. At the prices they’re charging for their enterprise level gear, you really have to wonder how anyone else is going to make it. Their NVR / Controller is less than $200 and made of aluminum. How?!

We deployed four of these in a small office with the new Ubiquiti cloud key gen2. I was amazed at how good the quality of the audio and video are. Easy to set up, works very well, cameras work via POE. Great solution. Prior to these cameras the office had several nest cameras which or not doing the job. Besides the monthly fees, no POE, no ability to label and change what is displayed on the recording of the video. These cameras blow the nest cameras out of water. The customer was very happy. There’s even an Apple app for the Apple TV so he can watch his office from his bed. :-)

did not work

I was expected to have a little bit better picture quality. The camera it is very good and easy to install. It is working very good dooring the day. A little bit hard to identify in low light the face. Probably better with flood lights.

Much smaller than expected. It is a good addition to your UniFi camera system or as a standalone camera. Has good quality picture with audio and a lot of mounting options.

For the money you really just cant beat these cameras . Installed for a client to replace and exisiting systme that cost them thousands more . When they asked how much is the NVR? And I explained it was free .... They couldnt believe it . I virtualized their NVR in vsphere on an old windows license and used scripts to zip up old video and idrive to backup to the cloud on a regular basis

These are great cameras for the price and function. If you like ubiquity these are the cameras for you.

Just an all around good camera.

The camera was easy to install. The image is great for the price. But the best part of this camera is how well it records sound. The ability and clarity of recording sound puts this camera above my other camera surveillance system. Will be replacing my other system with these cameras.
