> 3 dayI purchased this to add an additional computer to a 4-port KVM switch so I could incorporate a fifth computer in my environment. This unit works great. I can now switch the the appropriate position on the KVM and use this device to switch between two computers linked to that position. The device works exactly as I expected and is well worth the purchase price.

> 3 dayIncredibly simple device to setup. All cables in the box. x2 USB -A > B connections= These will connect to the input port of the computers/laptops. Then its just a matter of placing the main component on the central port - rather that be a keyboard/mouse etc. - The switch has a real nice click, and doesnt seem to give at all which is great as Im using it for a single keyboard/dual computer setup. Im hitting this thing multiple times an hour. Nice little rubber feet to keep it steady, though I recommend throwing some velcro/tape on there. My favorite feature I didnt see at first, which is perfect for a device like this: It has two tiny blue LEDs right by each of the respective cables. Just faint enough to inform which port is active, but not blinding like some products like this can get to. A great little touch.

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I was looking for, really. I have an iMac for primary programming work and an all-in-one PC I use for testing and debugging. I hated the idea of having to use two keyboards and mice, or swapping the peripherals between the two system, but with this, I just push the button and use one USB cord to switch between the both. Keep in mind, Im using a keyboard and mouse and this only supports 1 input device between two systems. To get around this, I connected the mouse into the keyboard through a handy USB 2.0 port along the side. Im using a wired Apple keyboard and a generic Logitech wired USB mouse. Nevermind the white smudge on the device, not sure where that thing came from!

> 3 dayWe had another printer switch that required software. This one does not. Its simple to install and works! Couldnt ask for more than that!

> 3 dayThis product does exactly as intended, no fuss or frills. I connected a wireless keyboard-mouse combo receiver to the input, and have each output connected to a different computer. All I have to do is push the button and it switches effortlessly to the other machine. It was plug-and-play on my Windows 10 machines. There is a little blue indicator button, but unless you memorize which device is associated with the marks 1 or 2 that wont help you much except to see that the inputs have changed. But thats not a problem for my uses, so I wont knock the product for that.

> 3 dayI use this product to switch an older USB 2.0 printer between two lesser-used Windows 10 computers. It was indeed Plug and Play! Now I no longer have to climb into the dust under my office tables in order to manually unplug and move the printer cable from one computer to the other -- in the dark! I did know ahead of time that yes this was a USB 2.0 printer. It does not seem to matter whether I plug this switch into a USB 2.0 vs. a USB 3.0 socket on the back of my computers.

> 3 dayLOVE IT! Its so much easier now to just touch the button on the switch to decide which computer can print on the printer, instead of unplugging and re-plugging the different computers to printer. Wish I had know about this switch sooner.

> 3 dayI was tired of switching my trackballs USB plug from a micro tower to a laptop sharing my desk. Now, the trackball and switch sit between the two computers keyboards. With the touch of a button, it switches from one computer to the other. The desktop, running Linux, connects almost instantly. The laptop, running an obsolete version of Windows makes me wait. Note that the computer makes me wait, not the UGREEN switch.
