> 24 hourI bought my first flip n try about 3 years ago. It seems they have gone through a couple revisions. I ordered 3, A white one which I rate at 4 stars a green and a blue which I rate at 3 maybe 2 stars because the quality is extremely questionable. The white Flip n try still had the same ultimate guard logo on the side (pic 1) but the cut outs where the decks are placed are oval like the green and blue while the black one is squared (pic 2) this is the same on the inside also. Quality still feels the same on the xenoskin a little less textured but that may be cause its new but this is for the white one. For the green and blue the xenoskin feels way off, it barely has the texture of the one I purchased a couple years ago, it is almost slick to the touch. One thing that really stuck out was the way the inside was assembled. As soon as I opened the green deck box the glue came apart on one of the compartments thats when I noticed it was made different (pic 3). I feel like this creates a huge failure point in its construction where it will eventually slide off or come out, compared to the old black one I have, which the way it was made makes it look more then just glued onto the inside. This new change also creates an unsightly wavy pattern when the deck box is closed (pic 4). For the dice trays the blue one was larger then the others and had scuffed marks on the outside (pic 5) in the inside there was glue with some fraying and a black mark (pic 6). I am only going to write one review for the 3 products I purchased. I really love ultimate guard products as I have the quadrow zipfolio, a 18 pocket zipfolio a single flip n tray for my standard deck and the old black flip n tray 200, which I love them all. But these new ones I got make me question if ultimate guards quality has gone down. Hopefully my jumbled mess of a review warns people on what to expect when looking to purchase one of these again and if the new changes are worth this price.

> 24 hourPurchased this to hold two of my commander decks and some dice. Performs that admirably. The leather/faux leather is coming up in some place at the corners, but that may have been my own mishandling. Ive flown with them twice in my carry-on and they are really easy to pack, but do get investigated by the TSA as the X-ray has a difficult time seeing through it. Closing Remarks: Holds ~250-300 single sleeved cards (my two commander decks plus sideboards) comfortably, spot for dice is awesome Fairly durable and easy to pack Easy to open/close, but havent had issues with it falling open Excellent deck storage, wished that the leather/faux leather wasnt coming up at a corner

> 24 hourI just got it out of the box yesterday and immediately was disappointed with the quality. I have two other Ultimate Guard deck boxes, a Flip n Tray 80+ and a Duel Flip n Tray 200+. Just comparing the 100+ to the 80+ I was understandably disappointed, and a bit angry, when I saw not only glue marks from where the glue overflowed on certain edges, but the dice and card trays felt flimsy like if I put any real force into them I would break them, add on to that fact with the dice tray is a pain to take in and out, with the micro fiber was basically ripped at the corner of the trays, and I flipped it upside down where I noticed the microfiber had been ripped revealing the cardboard like material underneath. The Xenoskin exterior was more soft than my other deck boxes, I really cant describe it any other way. Finally the seams are bad too, the flap over the dice is unevenly cut making it not really line up right. I think I was given a used version, and considering I thought it was going to be new from how the seller is advertising it, this does not make me pleased. It was $20 buck with tax, and I got a disappointing box that may not survive my up coming trip with how cheap it feels. I also dont have time to send it back for a new one either. So all and all I dont expect the great things I wanted it to do for me, after my trip I may update to say whether the box survived or not and how it died. But if it does survive I would never use it again, and will most likely return it. As a reminder, all my complaints here are not after years of use, or even a day of use, I had pulled it out of the box yesterday and these are the problems that I found with a light inspection.

> 24 hourI have a slight positive bias towards Ultimate Guard products since I own an Arkhive and Boulder cases for my Legacy decks. I use their regular deck boxes for my Pauper decks. I’m happy with their products. I started getting tired of carrying two separate deck boxes for my main decks. I had two Ultra Pro Satin Tower deck boxes that carried best competitive decks. After seeing this product, it seemed to make sense to me since I usually play with my 2 best decks every time. I got my one decks double sleeved and they fit tightly Into the container. There’s no room for tokens or anything, just the deck. Luckily, that deck doesn’t use tokens. My other deck is not double sleeved and it fits very nicely and a bit loose, with enough room for many tokens and a sideboard. The dice tray fits my D6 and D20 nicely. It does it’s job. This product fits my needs. Though you might be disappointed if you have a double sleeved deck and use tokens.

> 24 hourI can fit 4 Cardfight Vanguard decks in it comfortably - my main, double-sleeved Overdress deck (Bushi art sleeves with Dragon Shield Matte Outers), and my 3 side decks (all single sleeved in Dragon Shields). Thats 210 cards: 50 in each of my Overdress decks, and 60 in my V Premium deck (including Quick Shield and a 5/4 split of single-sided Imaginary Gifts). I keep the double sleeved and V Premium decks in the same drawer and its a tight squeeze - in theory there should be wiggle room, since thats only 110 cards, and the box is cited for 266+ double sleeved cards. But its a snug fit. There definitely is not room for 20 more cards even unsleeved. The top with 100 single sleeved cards is not quite as tight, but there is definitely not room for 50 more single sleeved cards - the info says 315+ single sleeved cards, so each bin should be good for 150-ish, but not so much in my case. I understand that not all sleeves are created equal - or cards, for that matter. The measurements were probably made for MtG cards in Ultimate Guard sleeves. It was disappointing I could not slide a 5th deck in as Id planned when I purchased it. Aside from that, its a fantastic box. The green is very understated online, its gorgeous in person. The marker drawer has enough room for my D6s and my 3D printed CFVG markers. It does pass my rendition of The Professors shake test. It fits perfectly in the camera bag I use to haul my TCG gear. And, I actually like to look at it - sure, deckboxes should be functional, but if you can have form too, why not? Just make sure you dont actually *need* to hit the advertised upper limit, like I wanted to, because Im not sure you can without risking damage to the cards.

> 24 hourI LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I know my cards will be safe as well as my dice that I use for counters in Yu-Gi-Oh! At first I was skeptical about ordering but as soon as it showed up. It had its own beautiful box that it came in. Thank you for purchasing cards and so much more. This was just awesome to have!

> 24 hourOkay so, this is a bit of false advertisement but not really, just hear me out. It says it holds 100 double sleeved cards and 120 single sleeved cards BUT, I tried to put 100 double sleeved cards for my commander deck and I can say for certain that only about 90 fit and theyre also pretty hard to put inside the box due to the material it is made out of on the inside. Other than that, the price is right, the box overall is great, I just had to remove the small box for the cards so I can actually fit all my cards in it. The dice drawer is perfect and fits all the dice and counters I need. Overall 3 stars because of that problem. Thanks for reading!

> 24 hourI got a couple deck box for my MTG cards. A Satin Tower was my first and its also one of the best, and a Vault X Large Deck Box thats soft plastic but I got it because of the sleeves that came with it. This one blows both of my previous away! I got it because it could hold two decks. Something I would like when I take my decks to play with friends instead of having multiple seperated deck box items. Ill bring my other still but if Im in a hurry or only plan to use a couple of my decks, Ill just take this deck box. Everything about it just feels great. The magnet that holds the box together is quite strong. Did a shake test and nothing came out. I dont want to drop it as I dont wanna damage the box or my cards, but if it did fall, Im positive most of the time my cards will stay in. I have not own it long enough to test its durability but time will tell. Its very minor but I do get annoyed of having to flip and stand the box upwards to safely pull out the mid storage compartment that is used to stored your dice and such items. Otherwise this is a great buy for the price. Id buy more.

> 24 hourI this deck box. I purchased it petrol and it is true to the color on the website. The magnetic closures are secure. The texture is attractive and has a good feel. The lining on the inside is attractive and doesnt grab my sleeves too much. I fit my whole commander (100) deck and 10 token cards single sleeved in dragon shield in each box. In the accessory compartment, I have a couple extra sleeves, 2 life counters and several dice and room to spare! So glad I got this after watching Tolarian Academys review!! Thanks Prof!

> 24 hourAfter scouring Amazon and Reddit for reviews that all generally said double-sleeved dragonshield matte commander decks wouldnt fit from years ago, I took a chance anyway. After I first sleeve my decks, I push some air out of the pile manually, and slowly, until it gives no more. Then I place them under a heavy book overnight. Then two heavy books overnight. Then they go in a Boulder deck box. While it took a little bit more finesse to get the decks in (compared to the Boulder Deck boxes) it didnt take an especially long time, nor did I have to spend an annoying amount of effort trying to figure out how to keep the cards from being too tightly squeezed.
