Valve Index Full VR Kit (Latest Release) (Includes Headset, Base Stations, & Controllers)

I used this product the way it was intended to be used. The laser burned out fast and no longer works. I’m not getting anywhere with the seller on what is going to be done about this. Wish I had never purchased from this company.

The Index is amazing, but buy it directly off of Steam for $999, and its a brand new 2022 version, as well. Instead of two years old. Do NOT buy this for this price. This vendor is trying to scam you.

My son says their is a glare when using it, it’s just the headset - everything else works good - what can I do

The headset is very good I have enjoyed playing Pavlov and Boneworks if you are a Vr psycho overall the tracking is amazing.

Bought this for my son for Christmas and it stopped working less than 24 hours later. I even had my son’s gaming computer looked at. They said it was the VR set. I returned it and found it on steam for way way cheaper!

Buyer beware. I received my headset and controllers but no base stations.

If you order it from steam the entire kit is only $999. Paying more than double that price is stupid.

This is a great headset and Valve has great customer support (through Steam). It fits comfortably and the controllers feel natural in the hand. The only thing I deducted a star for is whats known as god rays, which is bright lights causing a beam of light on the glass. Now, this could be because I have astigmatism but I felt it was worth mentioning.

Trash people buying up all the Valve Indexes just to resell them at over double the original cost. Greasy move...
