    Greater than one week

    2400$ should be ashamed.

This is a scam and Amazon is letting its customers down by not removing it.

Should never be > $1,000. Scalper. If this were the 1800s Id slap him across the face and challenge him to a duel.

When I got it one of the base stations started flickering red which means there was a mechanical error however I contacted steam and they sent me a replacement but other than that it was solid

I bought via Steam for $999, not from Amazon for $1600. But I dont see anywhere to leave a review for it in Steam, so here I am. The headset is SMALL. If you have a big head, you will be in pain within 30 minutes of putting it on. It does not seal to my face AT ALL. I lasted an hour before I had to quit from the pain. The IPD is also quite limited. As for the actual in-game experience... honestly, its like playing flat with head tilts. I just dont get whats so great about VR anymore, and I cant believe this is supposed to be the best-in-class.

Sadly was missing charging cables for the hand controllers, everything else for now seems fine though

Lotta fun games, but Ive already had to RMA my headset after less than a year of play, and steam put up a significant fight in returning it as well. The software is incredibly frustrating, especially for calibrating your space. I have no idea why, but my space just wont center where I want it. Im playing in a nice, open space, with the sensors placed appropriately (I assume?). No joy. They wont let me return it, so Im either going to sell this or donate it to the landfill. Radical idea: Make re-centering your space a <5-minute process. It really does take the wind out of your sails when youre ready and jazzed to play and that comes to a grinding halt because the software cant remember your settings. And I think its really rich that Steam doesnt allow for reviews on the hardware.

not worth $1,000. They took the best parts of the old one and downgraded and changed different things. More of a side grade. NOthing takes use of the Knuckles controller y et

Could not order from steam so it was my only option. We already know about the steam price so I rate the product. I received a high quality brand new sealed product as expected. I would recomand to look at compatible game list as some of the game I own wont goes well without mapping controler. As an aditional info, it takes time, and you will have to pay large international custom fee

The Index is amazing, but buy it directly off of Steam for $999, and its a brand new 2022 version, as well. Instead of two years old. Do NOT buy this for this price. This vendor is trying to scam you.
