Victorinox 12 Inch Fibrox Pro Slicing Knife with Granton Blade

Its amazing what a difference it makes when you use the correct knife to carve a roast. The knives I had been using in the past did not allow me to cut thin slices of beef roast with ease. This one does! An excellent addition to my set of kitchen knives, and at a reasonable price as well.

Took a chunk of my finger off, and required an ER visit to cauterize a blood vessel.

This is the sharpest dang knife that I own! This knife sliced through a 15-pound brisket like butter and allowed me to cut it as thin or as thick as I wanted. Definitely recommend buying, if youre looking for a good, sharp knife for your kitchen work.

Made carving nice, thin slices of turkey a breeze. Sliced the skin off a raw pork shoulder with ease (a task that used to be a chore with the kitchen sheers). Trimmed the fat-cap on a pork butt to the perfect depth. The handle is grippy even when your hands are coated in grease. Totally worth the money.

You can make razor thin slices with this on roasts, steak, etc. Saw this recommended on TV. Great knife.

First time purchaser of the Granton blade knife and I am very impressed. It is very sharp and cuts very easily compared to the regular knife. Ive used it to cut thru brisket, chicken and bread without any problems. I got the 12 inch model and it is a good length of a knife. Long enough that it spans across whatever you are cutting. The handle feels good on the hands and does not slip. Highly recommended.

Great knife it arrives very sharp do be careful....makes short work of everything you slice...their steak knives are great as well just wish the handle was thicker
