> 3 dayDisclaimer: I bought mine in Switzerland. Victorinox are by far my favorite knives for all of everyday kitchen uses. They are lite weight, well made and very sharp (and stay sharp for a long time) My test is how easily you can slice a tomato - and with these you only need 2 fingers to hold the knife :)
