I love these little guys. They are so sharp. My only problem with them is that they are small enough to get tossed out into the compost pit with the garbage now and then. I have to go digging because I dont want to cook without them.

found these knives at a high end grocery store on vacation, and randomly purchased one. now our kitchen is full of them for both kitchen prep as well as the black handled for steak knives. you wont find a better knife for cutting, and you cant beat the price.

These knives look cheap and feel kind of cheap but are in fact terrific kitchen tools. They are very sharp and hold that keen edge MUCH longer than our more expensive knives. We love them.
