These ARE Extremely SHARP!! So I must be extra careful, but they do a great job slicing!!! I had to search a bit to find knives like these without a sharp point. Im VERY PLEASED with this purchase. These arrived quickly and well packaged.

Outstanding general purpose utility knives. We had one for years and lost it. Replaced with these 4 last year. Not a minute passes in our kitchen without these knives. Highly recommend for most general purpose tasks. Retains sharpness for very long. Store dont carry these inexpensive, yet highly valuable knives. Great to find in Amzn. Id give a 10 stars to these, if Amzn had an option.

I have been buying one or another version of these for years because they are super sharp and easy to use for so many applications in the kitchen. While I think some people know how to sharpen them, I just use them until they have lost their edge. The bright colors are lovely and the knives are easy to identify in the drawer.

These are now my go to knife! I pick these over my Cutco knives. Works so well with so many different textures of food.

This is a go to knife for most things. I filet chicken breasts with these and they do a fantastic job. I probably due about 30#s of breasts a week. Highly recommended.
