Cuts vegetables easily

I can not believe how much I love and use these knives. We can cut all soft fruits and veg with ease. Cutting very thin slices of onions is much easier than a standard knife. I adore a serrated knife but my others are big and awkward. These are used every day dont hesitate

These knives are extremely sharp. My knives had a sticky tape on them to remove which I did not care for - would have preferred just little cardboard sleeves. Pretty colors. Would be nicer with a soft handle I think.

We like the diffucolors but most of all these are very sharp and serrated blades cut very well

I bought one of these knives for my wife at least 25 years ago, and it is still as sharp today as it was when I bought it. We cook all the time and have full sets of both Chicago Cutlery and Wusrtof knives, but these knives are the ones we always reach for in the kitchen. Highly recommended!
