These are very sharp and a good value.

I originally purchased these several years ago, and they have remained sharp and wash well in my dishwasher. I recently bought another set as I was happy with my original purchase. One must be careful as they are sharp, and I did cut myself a few times with the original set, but I do find them very useful in the kitchen. I do not mind the bright colors, especially as I keep one just for slicing onions and garlic, and thus I avoid other food tasting of onion.

I have had one of these knives for years and decided to finally buy more. They are great. I also have a set of steak knives which are wonderful.

I love these knives, they are very versatile, and also very sharp. They are very light in weight, and easily to grip the nice sized handle for a smaller knife. Great utility knife.
