Good to use to dice onions

Just discovered Victorinox and I’m extremely impressed. They look like cheap knives but oh wait until you use them! They cut everything, from meat to thick carrots as if it was butter. Be careful not to slice fingers. Very pleased.

These are really sharp and handy to have around. I use them for steak knives and they work great. Light weight which is what I wanted. If you are looking for a heavy knife then keep scrolling.
