We use these knives for food prep, camping and at the table. I like the bright colors, the textured and nicely shaped handles and the rounded end which works well for slicing, dipping and sandwich making. Its best to hand wash them, since the blade is inserted in the plastic handle, rather than having a full tang and rivets. We did break an older version, possibly by over-use and putting it in the hot, hot dishwasher. I also like my original red and black knives, which are still available, but these colors are fun. They are a value as well.

Unbelievably handy & sharp. Can drag this through just about any, veggie, cheese or meat. Have not tried a coconut. Cuts leather. What a Ginsu wishes it was.
