Victorinox Swiss Classic Multicolored 4-Piece Paring Knife Set

It was time to replace the cheap knives Ive had for years, so I took to Amazon. With the price and the reviews, I decided to give these knives a chance. The knives didnt come in your standard clamshell packaging you see in stores. Each knife was wrapped individually and all placed in what appeared to be a regular soft mailing envelope. I think this is what keeps the price low on these great knives. The knives are so sharp its almost scary. Whether root vegetables, soft fruit or meat, these are the best serrated knives Ive ever had. If I knew someone moving into a new place or going off to college, I would gift these, but put them in a much fancier box and include tissue paper. The knives are a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

Love these knives. I’ve had one for a few years now and decided I need more since I end up using it almost exclusively in the kitchen and I wash it about 10 times a day since I always use it. The ones I got are all the same and are very very sharp. Great for cutting vegetables and meats!

Cuts vegetables easily

The knives are excellent. My only word of warning is to remind yourself constantly when youre cutting that theyre incredibly sharp. One careless glance away from your cutting (like I did) will quickly result in a deep cut. Alls well on my end, the reason I have a first aid kid handy, but now when I use these beautiful and SHARP knives I chant a personal mantra: Remember, theyre sharp; remember, theyre sharp!
