> 3 dayI bought this monitor specifically because it has an USB 3.1 C port, which would allow me to plug it directly into my IPad Pro 12.9 4th gen port. It played for a few moments then lost the signal. Then I saw that my USB-C port no longer worked, I could not charge my IPad, the port was dead. I called Apple and they made me an appointment at Best Buy. The tech there did a hard reset and it functioned again. His explanation was that the monitor was supplying an unacceptable current to the IPad. Apple has software that recognizes when this happen and shuts of the port to avoid damaging the tablet. A hard reset will bring the tablet’s port back to life. The tech said I should not use the monitor again. Also I could not use the buttons on the monitor to access the setup menu, all in all this thing was junk. Returned it to Amazon for a refund, no problem there at least. Amazon really stands behind whatever they sell.

> 3 dayGood entry level monitor for business. I like that I can adjust the height and tilt in so many ways. Picture quality pretty good. Only thing I dont like is the menu tree is not very intuitive. Overall a good choice.

Greater than one weekOther reviews talk about the picture and the lack of a USB-C cable. They have heard and now include a 10Gb/s 1m long cable which works fine. The built-in speaker sound quality is not as good a the build-in late model MacBook Pro laptop, but is ok. The USB-C cable allows for the monitor to be almost be a docking station. After a month of our family using 2 of these monitors, Ive raised it to 5-stars.

> 3 dayThe monitor is ok, nothing fancy. I purchased it because it was supposed to support pass-through charging for my MacBook Pro so I could cut down on the cords on my desk, after reading some of the other reviews and tech questions it sounded like the monitor would but that appears not to be the case. I even purchased a 3.1 USB-C cord but no luck. I dont think this thing puts out enough power sadly.

> 3 dayLove this display! I have a limited amount of vertical room between my home desk and some built-in bookcases above, and this monitor has great vertical adjustment to fit perfectly. Picture and brightness is excellent.

> 3 dayThe monitor seems great except that the USB-C does not function. I tried two different computers (MacBook and MacBook Air) and two different USB-C cables (Apple and Belkin) that support power and video, but the monitor does not detect video (it just provides power). Fortunately I can use HDMI and USB-A for now, but I bought it specifically for USB-C to reduce cable clutter. Ill be calling support to see if they can replace.

Greater than one weekPros: Text is excellent when having to view it all day Adjustments are great Color seems good USB ports on left side are nice extras for charging devices (I havent connected either of these monitors to USB for data) Cons: Really none except the buttons on the front are seemingly unlabeled as viewed from about 2 feet away so you have to memorize which is which in order to change settings such as input (I have 2 computers connected to each) Very happy with the purchases though.

Greater than one weekThe monitor is used in my 3 screen workstation for CAD and pdf work. It is a good monitor with clean images. It does have this habit of giving me a black screen and no input message about once per week. My other two monitors do not. It requires me to remove power cord and plug back in to clear it. I keep using it because the price was right. This unit is a little over a year old.

> 3 dayResolution was not great, for example the icons in the windows task bar were a bit blurry. I ended up going with another brand / higher resolution monitor and found it to be better.
