Provides a good and apparently safe connection that does not damage the wires. You can disconnect and reconnect wires without having to worry about the integrity of the conductors.

This is rated for any at home need. Perfect when connecting wires of different sizes

I just used these connectors to rewire a 240 volt heat treating oven. Theyre much easier to use than screw terminals, much more secure than wire nuts, and have the capacity in terms of voltage and amperage that I needed. They work much better in tight spaces. And the fact that you can join solid and stranded wire easily and securely makes them very valuable.

My opinion… these perform so much better than the typical wire nut that’s been around for decades. I’m not saying those are a bad choice- just not as good as a lever nut- in my opinion. Yes, both types are Amp/volt specific But… these can be one handed operation, if need be. They allow for different wire sizes to connect using the same bit instead of multicolored size kits. The limitation is how many wires you connect at the junction. Just need the block to accommodate your desired number of wires. The lack of tapered housing, being square - allows then to tuck into LED control module housings for a clean install.

These connectors are convenient, fit in small spaces, and work on wires 24-12 gauge.

I had some of the Chinese connectors but the wires were able to pull out without lifting the lever so I switched to Wago and the difference is very clear! The box they come in is very nice too it comes with moveable dividers and strong latches, you can re-purpose the box after using all the connectors, very cool.

As a certified RV technician, I get to see and experience all kinds of electrical connections. From traditional wires nuts to crimp on connectors to...well about everything in between. I have personally experienced 2 separate incidents were the OEM installed wire nuts were not tight enough and created a point of high resistance, heat, and then a Chernobyl moment. No major damage due to these but very unsettling none the less. Also, on RVs, the is not a lot of extra wire to make connections with should they need repaired and access at times can be very challenging. Enter the Wago wire connector. Solid wire, check. Stranded wire, check. Easy to connect, check. Easy to disconnect/reconnect for service? Check. Connect the wrong wires together? Pull the lever, pull the wrong wire out, install the correct one and close the lever. Easy, right? These make my life much easier as I can connect solid to stranded without issue (pretty common in RVs) . I also use them in areas where future servicing may be involved such as a furnace. Some have stated a concern with the levers popping up during wire handling, I just wrap mine with a wrap or two of electrical tape (after verifying mechanical security and wiring schematic) and move on. In short, I think my wire nuts are destined for the scrap heap along with some of my crimp connectors. They may be more expensive than wire nuts, but the advantages,versatility and serviceability of these far outweigh the cost.

My niece and me are doing some rewiring in my house and using these have made it so much easier. We are getting the job done faster
