This M.2 is seriously so fast. I do both video editing and gaming, and I have never been able to open the adobe apps this fast. Genuinely it takes under 5 seconds to load from clicking on the Premiere icon to selecting my project. I have been able to install every game that I want without having to worry about which hard drive I want it on because my main C drive is huge and fast.

Easy to install and works fine on my PS5. Has fast read/write speed. Transferred all my games from default PS5 SSD to this without any problem.

If youre on the fence about getting an SSD drive for your PS5 go ahead and stop thinking about it and do it! The fact that the PS5 doesnt come with a full terabyte of space and couple the fact that games are getting closer and closer and some case passing the 100GB threshold it becoming a pain in the arse to even download or reinstall games. I got the 2 terabyte version of the SSD and I am playing God of War Ragnarok straight from the SDD and there are no screen tears or any noticeable quality downgrade. Hope this helps!

i finally got a PS5, listening to many reviews about the storage issue with PS5, i decided to order this ssd and it works perfectly with the unit. i had no trouble installing it and the unit recognized it right away and i formatted it and increased storage instantly. i would recommend it and if you can afford more storage and get a good price go for it, its worth it but make sure you get it with the heat sink.

Thus is like my 6th WD SN series drive I’ve bought, it’s the same as the others, perfect! Bought the 1 TB version, 2 TB, and now the 4TB, all work flawlessly. Loading and copying games and edits are super quick. Probably will buy another sometime soon, can never have too much fast storage!

Going from a 7200rpm HDD to this monstrosity of an NVMe is life-changing, it reads and writes its advertised speed. I never have waited for file transfers ever with this. Western Digital will forever have me as a customer. The SSD also looks pretty cool as an added bonus.
