> 24 hourInstalled mine. Perfectly fine not a single issue installing and got the storage instantly. The games run incredibly awful on the drive though. Could not recommend

> 24 hourThe installation of the drive was less than a minute. Formatting the 2TB drive took about 7 seconds! Moving 500GB from console storage took about 7 minutes. I didnt know speeds like this were possible! Very happy customer!

> 24 hourPros: One of the fastest Gen 4, reliable drives available. They are affordable as well. 5 year warranty. Cons: no hardware encryption

> 24 hourUndetectable by Windows or certain OSs when used with some USB-C Gen2 connections. Very odd, did work with a USB-A Gen2 connector but not with all C plugs. Using with USB-C Gen1 also failed to be detected. Likely something to do with the Gen4 PCIe design incapability with USB-C Gen 1 and certain Gen2. Best to use only with M.2 connection.

> 24 hourSimply the best SSD you can get for PS5, period. Easy/simple install since it already has the heatsink installed, works great with no noticeable difference in load times/performance between the WD Black and the internal SSD the PS5 comes with. 2TB is well enough for all the PS5 games you want to download, without having to constantly delete something. Its a relief to have!

> 24 hourUsed for PS5. Why is this cheaper than the standard wd black? Who cares. Works fine and so far no issues with data transfer or reading while playing games.

> 24 hourThis drive, unlike PCI-E dives, needs an M3 screw to install it. It is not included. it is the only screw that can install it and for $160 youd think theyd include it. If youre in a big IT department, theres a chance you have M3 screws laying around, but otherwise have fun sourcing a single M3 screw. Hardware stores near me dont carry it so its a lot easier to just return the drive and buy something different than it is for me to source that screw in a pack of 100 and pay for 99 that I dont need. The support and warranty was printed in something like size 2 font. At least 50% of people will need a magnifying glass to read it. No install instructions. The paperwork says its meant for professional installation and thats why it does not include any instructions. Not sure when they became such elitists but I guess since I am not a professional this is the last WD product Ill ever buy.

> 24 hourI seriously could not be happier with this SSD. It does everything its supposed to do and very reliabiliy while its at it. It goes slightly above the advertised speed, doesnt dip in performance for even a second, boots up Windows instantly without fail, and loads games as fast as theyll allow it.
