> 24 hourIm updating my review to report that I am satisfied with their support once I went through Amazon site to contact them. Over the years, my wife and I had purchased four golf umbrellas from Weathermans website directly, and based on our positive experience, I purchased this umbrella for my son who walks at least a mile daily from his school to his younger brothers school to be picked up by my wife. Living in Seattle, he loved carrying his umbrella just in case of a heavier than usual rain, but recently had a couple of stretchers (had to look that up) break while shaking off rain from his umbrella. Since Weatherman offered a Lifetime warranty on their umbrella, I tried to contact Weatherman, but couldnt find a phone number. I contacted them through their website form, but I didnt even get an automated response saying that a case has been opened from my request, and now two weeks went by with no acknowledgment. I submitted another request, but again, no automatic acknowledgment in this day and age is really not acceptable to me. I realize parts break, things happen, but thought I was paying a premium for their service and Im disappointed.

> 24 hourPro: It really doesn’t get too wet so, water easily do slides off. And it is light weight when opened in use. Didn’t experience the wind resistance proof part but I bet it is strong enough against hard winds. Con: It doesn’t come with a tracker device, that’s a shame. It can get a bit heavy when closed not in use. Is not one of those umbrella that automatic open and close with just a button is just a button that only opens, the closing part though is not much a stress is pretty easy to slid close is just, don’t like the fact to have to work with both hands in order to close an umbrella. And I’m not going to dare bother with the weatherman app by the looks of it’s review. So, is not quite much for a $59 umbrella if this device doesn’t have much function available as advertised I should of getting it for a discounted price, any customer should who purchase it.

> 24 hourI live close to the waterfront in a windy city and purchased this umbrella a few months ago. I really liked that it handled Boston’s gusty winds like a champ. However, one of the ties came undone and I contacted customer service. Their response was prompt and after exchanging pictures to identify the issue, I received a brand new replacement item!
