> 24 hourI bought the silicone tray a while ago and have not started using it. I just learned about the pinch test today and gave it a try on the one I got. Unfortunately it does not pass the pinch test. Very disappointed. I dont want to use this for baby food. UPDATE: After I left the negative review, the seller contacted me, offered a full refund even before I mailed back the product, and sent me a set of bamboo/resin plates. Most impressively, with the bamboo plates they attached a hand-written card expressing their understanding of my concern. I am not really looking for bamboo plates, but do appreciate their sincere attitude toward their customers. Two stars up for the out-of-the-world customer service.

> 24 hourYou can’t just buy one! I originally purchased one and found it so useful that I bought two more. My baby girl is teething so freezing her puréed fruits then letting them defrost helps with the cold on her gums. I have one for fruits, one for veggies, and one for when I purée fruits and veggies mixed together. They save time and money.

> 24 hourI suggest you only freeze until just frozen and repackage in freezer safe containers. The tray soaks up odors. Otherwise very convenient to have, ready to be warmed up, perfect sized portions for my 7 month old. Edit: changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. AMAZING customer support! Shortly after my review the company sent a brand new tray without requesting to return as well as a refund! Unbelievable! A few days later a hand written card with some ways to remove any odor. As I mentioned in my first review, it is very convenient at portioning out and freezing freshly made baby food. 5 stars!

> 24 hourI felt like this was a good idea… those cubes are so big and solid it takes forever to thaw and they are kind of hard to remove from tray

> 24 hourI’m making my own baby food and these are GREAT! I have a few. The lids have to snap all the way around! Easy to pop out and clean. Love them.

> 24 hourI like this for the most part. It’s functional and has good size portions. But I think the disappointment is the smell. I like to use the best quality products for my only baby whether it be food, body care, etc. I can’t help but wonder if this smell means there are chemicals in the product that aren’t safe for my baby. I’m disappointed about that but I threw the packaging away, assuming this would be a 100% satisfactory product. Now I can’t return it. I want to love it. But that chemical smell isn’t going away, no matter what I do.

> 24 hourI bought these to freeze egg whites from a container as we dont use them often enough. I wanted to freeze portions and put them into a freezer bag for use later. To remove the frozen portions I had to microwave a wet dishrag for 1 minute and put it over the bottom of the frozen container to thaw it enough to pop out the food. I had to do this twice to be able to get the food out. So, of course the bottom of the whites had started to thaw a little to allow me to remove them. It wasnt as easy as it looked in the demonstration If I could post a review for their customer service it would be a 5. Their support on my problem has been outstanding.

> 24 hourI didn’t expect to make my own baby food. In fact, I thought people were crazy to do it. It’s so much work! And then you have to buy a thousand little containers! Well, thanks to big brand baby food companies not testing their food for heavy metals, here I am. I don’t trust any baby food manufacturers after a report that arsenic, lead, and other things that have no business in baby food are found in large quantities in commercially available baby food. Way to attack literal DEFENSELESS BABIES. But I digress. I’ve seen these in a lot of instant pot egg bite recipes and people rave about them. I figured why not, if I don’t like them for baby food maybe I can use them for cake pops or mini cheesecakes. I went about peeling, de-seeding and chopping apples. Lord that took a lot longer than I wanted. I pressure cooked them, blended them, and let them cool. Finally I spooned the blended apples into the cute little round sections. The silicone is sturdy so it was easy to use a spatula to perfectly level off the portions and clean in between the holes. Then I placed the top which clamps on to the silicone extremely well. I put the tray in the freezer and left it overnight. The next morning I was happy to find no mess in the freezer (I’d put the tray in a ziplock bag because cleaning a freezer is just not on my to do list) and the top was still firmly attached. I removed the top, popped out the little cylinders of frozen applesauce into another ziplock, and rinsed the top and tray with warm water. It was THAT EASY. These trays are a lifesaver and I’m so happy I bought 2. TLDR: If you’re on the fence, they really are worth it!

> 24 hourI think the portion size is a little small BUT my child just eats a lot - so don’t take my opinion on portion size into consideration if your child is still eating small portions. It’s very easy to clean and I love that the lid is a hard plastic and not silicone like other products. Ok so yo remove the frozen food I have to take the handle of a spoon and sorta detach it from the silicone mold. It doesn’t just skip out for me for some reason. But honestly I have to do that with all the silicone molds I have purchased so it’s no biggie. I over all love this product and would recommend it.
