Its so easy to freeze baby food in this convenient. I love being able to throw it in the dishwasher when Im done. Im looking forward to using it to make baby-sized popsicles for the summer! If I could change anything, Id say it would be nice if you could pop two of these into one of their jars. Perhaps R&D can explore a flatter, wider version to make thawing easier :)

Ground chicken for my dog. Dislike the look and smell of wet dog food. Freeze the chicken in the chicken broth.

UPDATED REVIEW: I rarely review products, but when I received this in October 2016 and it had a strong, off-gassing smell, I felt it was worth writing one, since I was concerned about possible health implications (My original review is below). I have to give it to this business, they have terrific customer service. I was immediately issued a refund and was sent a replacement product. That replacement, however, had the same problem -- it smelled strongly for a while. After a number of weeks, the smell did fade, and I ended up using the replacement product. All other aspects of the product make it very convenient for freezing pureed foods for my baby, and I have been pleased with it. Much to my surprise, I just got yet another unsolicited replacement in the mail today with a personal note from the business owner, explaining that they had improved the manufacturing process to address the issue that I noted. The new product doesnt have the strong smell that the earlier ones did. I am very impressed with the businesses response to customer reviews, and have updated my review accordingly. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The silicone has a terrible smell, as other one star reviewers have noted. It doesnt fade with washing or airing out. I am concerned about the smell permeating frozen food and am not sure if it is safe to store or freeze baby food in this container.

This is an excellent multi use silicone tray. It can be placed in the oven, freezer or any place with temperatures in between those extremes. As others may have reported, this tray can be used to make baked goods, soaps, frozen baby food or breast milk, etc. Currently, I use it strictly for freezing breast milk but in the future once I no longer need to, Ill likely use it for freezing baby food and then regular baked goods after that. The mold is exactly as described. It has 10 wells that hold approximately 1.5oz but each well has a line indicating the 1oz mark. This is really handy because I prefer freezing my milk in 1oz chunks as my baby only drinks 2oz at a time. By doing so, it also prevents spillage/splashing onto the surrounding edges of the wells (very important when it comes to those precious drops of milk). The silicone material itself is thick enough for the whole tray to not be flimsy when setting it on a counter or transporting to/from the freezer but the bottom of each well feels noticeablely thinner by design so that you can easily pop out its contents. The edges have very little give, which is what you should expect because thats where youd hold the tray when moving it and its also where the cover clips onto. Speaking of the cover, its made of a sturdy thick plastic that clips securely onto the tray. It does fine keeping frost away from my milk but Ive only ever kept milk frozen in the trays for 12 hours. Im not sure if the same holds true when storing things for longer periods of time. Overall I would buy this tray again because of its high quality material and design, affordability, ease of use, space-saving design, and multi-use factor. I docked a star because although the packaging states the item is designed in the U.S., its actually made in China (I would pay more if it were made in the U.S.).

These work so good for when I freeze purées. I like that there is a line that tells you it’s 1 oz when you pour in the puree. Easy to pop out when you need food.
