Just a replacement for a product Ive used for years. Excellent.

I bought this to water down and use for calligraphy. Most gold inks are either very yellow, or not shimmery/metallic in finish. This gouache works very well instead of traditional ink.

Sure, this will do the trick for stars in your night sky. But I wasnt in love with the result. I just could never get it the way I wanted. But, I tried Dr. Ph. Martins Bleed Proof White and it was a game changer. The first attempt was amazing, see the attached photo to see my results with BLEED PROOF WHITE, available here on Amazon. Although it is watercolor, it is located in the INK section of brick and mortar stores, with the Dr. Ph. Martins inks.

The packaging is a bit flimsy - wrapping in bubble wrap would help make sure the paint doesnt freeze or puncture. Envelopes are a bit big.

This Bengali Rose gouache shade is truly beautiful. I have done some mixing to try to obtain a true deep magenta like this ,but so far no luck. This color is just very very pretty.
