Greater than one weekI liked the wool buddy initially. I try to be contentious about moving my project frequently so it doesnt felt to the pad, but I feel like even the smallest bit of felting and then moving it leads to pulling on the felt and making the project fuzzy. I also noticed today as I was felting brown wool onto a project that some white remnants were coming up from the pad and sticking in with the brown. But that may be my fault as I havent cleaned it.

> 3 dayThe needle felting pad I received is only 9”x9” and is not the size as advertised, 10”x10”. I have several of these woolbuddy pads, I purchase at least one a year and this isn’t accurate. I’m not willing to go the extra steps to return it, because I shouldn’t have to. When ordering a specific size based on the description listed, it’s expected to arrive at that size, so, I’m not entirely happy. I will update my review if company follows up with me.

> 3 dayI’m just a beginner at needle felting. After reading various reviews on your product versus a foam pad for felting, the general consensus was the wool pad was easier to felt on. Absolutely true. This pad is the perfect size and makes felting (especially for a beginner), easy. Very excellent product by my standards.

07-06-2025I bought this after many felters said it was a great mat. I kept smelling something and could not figure out where it was coming from. After the process of elimination, it was my Woolbuddy. I have tried everything to get the odor out but nothing g has worked. It’s been months and today I decided to throw it out, my closet where it was stored has absorbed the smell as well.
