Not only does t put out nice, warm heat with no light, but I dropped the bulb and lamp, by mistake, into the turtle pond and the bulb hissed, made some steam and it all still worked afterwards. I couldn’t believe it. I was sure I had electrocuted my turtle.

I’ve only used the bulb for a few days but my bearded dragon loves it!

I ordered a few of those lamps, after seeing great reviews. Im partially disappointed- half of the lamps I received (one out of each package of 2) either did not work right out of the box, or burned out within one day of use. I use them with light fixtures of approlriate wattage, made by reputable companies- so that shouldnt be the problem. That said, the ones that did work past the first day seem to do the job.

Great product! Works great for keeping the tiny chicks warm.

I buy these for my bearded dragon tanks. They last a long time. I maybe replace every 6 months.
