Delivered safe and sound. Takes a LONG time to download the games, however. Be sure to start early!

Very happy with the purchase, although not so happy with the whole downloading games thing, wasnt aware that discs werent in use anymore! Takes a bit too long to download! Otherwise picture is great even on my plasma, cant wait for the view on an actual 4k tv

Bought this as a gift for my fiance and he loves it!

This console is very frustrating. The initial setup literally took hours. Everything is done through the internet. If you put in a new game and it requires an update be prepared to wait another couple hours for the update to complete. Our internet isn’t the greatest so we used my moms and basically there was no difference. Still took forever. Then I wanted to use it as a DVD player. And I have to download an app for that! Are you kidding me? Not only does that take forever, I didn’t even wait for it to finish, but it takes up your memory. My oldest son has an Xbox 360 and we loved that console. Put a game in and play, no waiting for things to upload or update. Want to watch a movie? No problem! Just put a dvd in and watch it! Loved the Xbox 360. Once the set up is done and your game is uploaded or updated then it works fine and my son is very happy with it. But over all we’re disappointed in this system.

Xbox One S is awesome! Incredible the technology of this console! 100% Recommended.

The player was good but it was a bundle. the three month Xbox Gold card that came with the console was a classic microsoft/xbox ripoff. it did not work. go figure. I would never get an on line redeemable item from xbox EVER AGAIN.
