Takes around 45 minutes to an hour to download games. You can only hold about 6 games on the hard drive before you dont have anymore memory left, games take forever to start after they are downloaded. Then games just randomly crash for no reason. Not the best Xbox. You should probably just get a PlayStation

Great product, A+ I love the 4K!!

Very disappointing as to what I received. First this Xbox one s is used and it is not new. Second the game that comes with it is not new either. Next the actual shell on the Xbox was pretty bad. It had crayon marks, many scratches, and it made a really loud noise that hurts the ears. The controller was also bad. The two back buttons don’t even work and it is also very dirty and unclean. This product is a rip off for your money. I would recommend buying the Xbox one s elsewhere.

This was a Christmas present for my grandson. He really likes so much improvement over older versions.
