The 4K blu-ray was the main selling point and it doesnt disappoint!

Works great, as-expected. I use this as 2nd Xbox One console in my home, and its sleek/clean enough to leave it on display. Would be nice if it came with a decent headset, Id recommend buying a headset if you dont have one (Xbox One does NOT work with iPhone earbuds on either of my consoles, works with standard 1/8 stereo-jack with mic though... its almost like the Xbox is trying to communicate with iPhone smart earbuds).

My son loves this!!! He is 11, going on 12 very soon, and it takes a lot to impress him. He said the graphics are wonderful, and he loves the white color. He cant stop playing the system! Once I can get him off of it, I am going to use it to watch a movie. This is a very much loved system!

Nothing but positive here. Brand new xbox one s w/battlefield 1 along with controller for $200, good deal. Bought the 500GB version b/c it’s cheaper just add additional storage via external drive.

First unit ordered started malfunctioning as soon as it was plugged in. Wouldnt download system updates without restarting the console several times. Then the unit would power down on its own and wouldnt start without a hard reset. Returned it and received a replacement. Downloaded updates successfully but after downloading and playing Tomb Raider for approximately 1 hour the unit shut down and I was never able to power it up again. Tried unplugging it and hard and soft reset. Dead console. This was the 500gb Battlefield 1 white bundle. Returned for refund. Will not purchase another console from Amazon. Not Amazons fault by any means and the replacement came very fast but thus is unacceptable. Ordered a new console directly from Microsoft. Hopefully it works as I have already purchased 5 games when I ordered the original console. If not.... I will be ordering a PS4.

Only problem with this unit is that when on for a long period of time it heats to the point that the BLURAY/game disc drive does not work. Shutting down for a little while solves the problem. The small form factor is a plus. Having only 2 USB ports (especially if you want a Kinect) is a minus. I got around this limitation by buying a 4 port USB hub.
