> 24 hourIm going to use this to lock my golf cart when out to dinner, etc. The lock fits perfectly in my (standard) set belt locks. There is plenty of room to loop the cable around the steering wheel, then lock in the seat belt lock. Cable is quite thick, and this should provide enough of a deterrent to move on to another golf cart if someone is looking to steal one. When off, it doesnt take up much room and can be stashed in a reasonable sized compartment. The key to the lock is quite big (about the size of a car key), so its a somewhat bulky addition to the key chain. Also, the unlock process of pushing the button while turning the key takes a bit of practice.

> 24 hourGreat idea and easy to use. Lock your steering wheel to your seat belt buckle with a key and keep your car. Easy to use, to install, and seems to work. I would have liked it in all black though, because I think the colors catch the eye of anyone wanting to steal. I would like something less conspicuous. Make it hard for a thief to take your car, but also don’t advertise that you have a lock. Some thieves take the appearance of locks as a challenge. If they cant see the deterrence before hand, they cant plan to steal. Actually, one of the best ways to stop a thief from taking your car is to take the fuses out that start your car and anything like them. It’s more work but if they can’t go anywhere, they aren’t going to take it. Nice product and works so far.

> 24 hourPerfect length for my 2022 Subaru Outback. I found it it easier if the cable is looped under the steering wheel see photo. The first couple of times I used it it was stiff and hard to get it to latch into the seat belt. After a few uses the cable formed a memory it became really easy.

> 24 hourThis design offers a more compact and simple way to lock your cars steeling wheel (and hopefully deter theft). There are some cheaper versions out there, but they are a bit more cumbersome to employ. This is an innovative design that you can use while seated comfortably in your car. More likely it will be used as a result.

> 24 hourIt was easy to figure out how to use. I use it to lock my steering wheel every time that I park my car for the night. It is easy to lock and unlock. No problems. I use this along with a steering wheel Club. I cant imagine why some are having problems with it. Unless they are not remembering to: after inserting the key into the lock, press down on the key and it will engage the lock, and then just turn the key to one side and pull UP on the lock to release the mechanism. Once you understand that, it takes approximately 3 seconds to unlock and remove the mechanism.

> 24 hourThere have been a lot more stories of car thefts in our area lately - and though this item wont stop a really determined thief, they may see it and decide its not worth the extra time to try to steal your car. Its simple to use and attach to your steering wheel, too.

> 24 hourThis lock works on the principle that the steering wheel is held in place by a cable that is clipped into the seat belt, and a key is necessary to push the seat belt release. This is quite easy to use. You loop the cable around your steering wheel, and push the clip end into your seat belt buckle. In my case, I had to push quite hard to get it to click. Not sure if that was just due to my buckle, or if that is always the case. Once clipped in, there was no way to get to the seat belt release button. I cant call this a steering wheel immobilizer because the steering wheel can still be moved with this in place. It does, however, limit the amount it can be turned. It can be turned about 1/4 turn in one direction and 3/4 in the other direction. You can move the seat back to tighten this up, but moving the seat forward will then loosen it. Even this limitation on steering wheel rotation will still be effective since there has to be a hard turn somewhere, and might be required depending on how you park. Should still deter someone from trying to steal your vehicle!

> 24 hourMy car is still in my possession so that is good. It is easy to use and takes less then 5 minutes to get it out of the box and hook it up. Does it work? It should but I have not way of proving it myself. It is simple to use and does not take up a bunch of room in your car when not in use. I like the red strap so people can see it before breaking out my window. Thieves seem to be everywhere now.

> 24 hourWell, nothing is ever full proof. This will definitely give thieves paws when it comes to them trying to steal your car in theory it could be cut through but these are not gonna wanna go through all that trouble so they will probably move onto the next car. Seems to be made of quality materials in the keys, fit nicely and work the lock mechanism nicely.
