Pretty sturdy heater.. Works great

First the product states it can be used around water then it states it cant be used around high humidity. Second, the package was pretty dinged up and when I removed it from the box it had a rattle as if something had broken loose

My large tortoise loves it! I use a rheostat to control the temp.

My 80lb. Sulcata loves this. Positions himself right in middle and seems comfortable. Very durable and works as expected.

Finally a mat large enough for my Salcuta Tortoise. Seems very sturdy, and he took to it right away. I used a laser thermometer to make sure the Temps werent getting to high. While the Temps fluctuated depending on where on the mat I tested, it did not go over the stated temp on the box.

These large heater keep my 50 pound Tortiuse warm in Southern California. I bought 2 of them and mounted them on the walls of his doghouse.

I put this heat matt in a medium dog igloo and it has provided a great heat source for my 12lb redfoot tortoise. I am very happy with this product amd would buy it again
