Burnt out in less than 5 months. Im really upset that such an expensive light bulb that is supposed to last a year didnt even last half that time.

This light appears to provide an appropriate amount of beneficial UVB light as I have used it in my anoles enclosure and after one and a half years of ownership hes as healthy as ever.

The price is right with this much needed UVB light for reptiles. I am a just starting out with a lizard and she started having problems. Reading on the internet that it was important that the have a UVB light I ordered this on. A lot cheaper than my local pet supply store my lizard got better and better. Its been running a month and no problems.

Its a good bulb for when youre in a pinch, but bulbs like these are not recommended for long term use as the bulb doesnt put out as much UVB as a tube light.
