So, first off I actually expected this to be a scam but since I was purchasing through Amazon, I knew I could return it if it was. It was used on a old windows 7 that ran some important software for a memory care facility and had a password that no one knew so it was totally locked out. There was no existing OS or software anymore. Used ZWIZX password reset to remove the password and it worked flawlessly. Saved almost $7k in having to replace the pc and needed software. Thankyou!

Im not one to commonly leave a review - but quite satisfied with this. Took me a few attempts and a bit of trial and error, but it removed the password and allowed access to an older Dell Latitude computer. What finally worked for me - and what the otherwise clear instructions didnt mention fully - was to use the User Name of the password that was deleted during the process (leaving the password field blank) before attempting to sign in after a reboot. Once that was done I was able to sign in - and then reset the computer to its original factory settings.

I used this product to reset my computer password. It did that but also deleted all my emails, documents and photos!! If you need help to reset your computer password take a look it a computer shop and let a professional do it for you! I took mine in and they were able to recover my e-mails but not my documents or photos!
