It is exactly what I needed to be able to reset my password. It will be easier for me than to get someone to go through the back door of my system to reset my password.

I was at my wits end when I have not been able to log in to my computer because I forgot my password. I sent an email on July 28th to The Jolly Shopper and I received a call later on from a representative by name of Matt, because of the time difference I was unable to talk to him. We set up a time for 12 noon on July 30th. Matt went beyond the norm to assist me, he not only provided me with additional instructions to reset my password, he went step by step. I am one grateful and satisfied customer whereas he lifted a load off my shoulders and now I am able to access my files. KUDOS TO MATT, THANKS SO SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP

Don’t order this, it’s a waste of time. Although the customer service is very nice and considerate, product is a total crap.

I had spent most of my day two days ago trying to get into a Windows 10 laptop that had stopped taking the pin number and we had forgotten the password. I tried reset, restore and repair only to be met with the password prompt. I tried to boot with two windows 10 thumbdrives. They didnt show up as a boot devices. It didnt have a CD player on the laptop so I connected an external. I tried booting with my Windows 10 disc. It wasnt recognized either.

This stick was quick easy and did exactly what it said it would do it remove the password I was able to get into the computer put in a new password and all it worked great and it was really easy to use

I plugged it in, and nothing happened. I tried several things to get it to do something. I failed.
