At first I was like this isnt working, until I decided to read the instructions very slow, only to discover that although I had read the instructions I still wasnt following it, I would recommend this

It worked as promised if you follow the instructions word to word after stumbling along I was able to reset my administrator password on my wifes computer, safe again.

It may have taken some work to function properly but overall the experience was satisfactory. the instructions that come with the usb helped. I am definitely happy with the product.

It took a little bit of navigation to muddle through the instructions. BUT once you do, it works!

Well .. apparently it doesn’t work with gateway

USB Card wasnt programmed at all!! Waste of time and of absolutely no use other than a blank USB card.

After trying everything I could find on the internet I stumbled across this little gadget. I was a bit skeptical but ordered it confident that I could send it back if it didn’t work. Just a few minutes after opening the package I was able to access my old laptop whose password I had forgotten! Great product - just as advertised.
