The intended function seems to work great

So, first off I actually expected this to be a scam but since I was purchasing through Amazon, I knew I could return it if it was. It was used on a old windows 7 that ran some important software for a memory care facility and had a password that no one knew so it was totally locked out. There was no existing OS or software anymore. Used ZWIZX password reset to remove the password and it worked flawlessly. Saved almost $7k in having to replace the pc and needed software. Thankyou!

Easy product to use... could not figure out on my part how use my PC. But customer service on their end was great. Amazon doesnt let you talk directly to vendor ; but vendor did email until I read up and running. Made sure I was good to go.

After trying everything I could find on the internet I stumbled across this little gadget. I was a bit skeptical but ordered it confident that I could send it back if it didn’t work. Just a few minutes after opening the package I was able to access my old laptop whose password I had forgotten! Great product - just as advertised.

This usb bootable drive help me get unlocked.All i had do is go to bios setting and disable boot protection and priorities order for usb to number one and reset pc to get to nice zap UI. It was amazing UI and easy to change password to blank to automatcally sign in. I recommend buying this item if u ever get locked out it a good 30 dollar investment i made. It save me from buying new laptop.People really need buy this nice device.It actually works.

This thing doesn’t even work like how it is supposed to I hooked it up to my pc and it says “not a valid disc”
