Because the scooper end is flat and not pointed, it’s extremely hard to scoop ice cream that’s frozen solid. It works fine if you’re using it to scoop from a brand new carton. However, I’d look for a different scooper if you’re trying to scoop ice cream that has frozen solid.

High in price. In the store for $8. I’ve had mine for two years...good product!

Original model was thinner scoop and easily scooped ice cream fresh out of the freezer. Not so easy with this model.

Its an ice cream scoop. works well. Easy to take too much with one scoop, so be careful! Does its job. Very easy to clean. no levers to bind or rust. perfect for what it does.

My husband has bent other ice cream scoopers but this one is sturdy for when the ice cream is really frozen

Easy to scoop ice cream, even straight out of the freezer. I purposely bought it because it can be put in the dishwasher.

NO better way to scoop ice cream! It powers through hard frozen ice cream easily.

It was a gift for my sister and she just loves it.it is so easy to get ice cream out of the carton.The hardest ice cream comes out in one scoop. Fantastic!!!!
