> 3 dayVery pleased with this purchase a little over half a year later. Built very solidly, yet light when carrying. Touchscreen response is great, works really well and that was the reason I selected this model. Very satisfied, no compliants at all.

> 3 dayI purchased my chromebook in March 2018. Despite the description stating that its a 2018 Acer Flagship R13 the chromebook was actually manufactured in 2016(or at least mine was). I felt a little mislead that this was Acers latest Chromebook, however, it was not. Despite the deception, the chromebook is actually quite nice. The display is beautiful and the functionality is on point. Since this is a 2 year old unit, you have to update the OS to the latest version to be able to access Android Apps on the Google Play Store. Not a huge deal but it did take me a little research to help me figure out why i wanst able to download any apps.

Greater than one weekwhen in tablet mode, touch screen and pop up keyboard may or may not work. you really have to push hard on the touch screen to get it to work sometimes.

Greater than one weekBought for my 12 year old daughter. I have a Lenovo Chromebook and enjoy it, and thought this would be a good replacement for her old Toshiba running Win 10. I am pleasantly surprised with the Acer, especially with the keyboard and screen. I have been an IT Director for large companies for nearly 20 years, and this notebook is hands down better than any sub $500 Win PC

> 3 dayI love the portability. Like another review mentioned, the screen needs some more secure hinges. Little bouncy but no problems. For sure get a protective case. Needs more than 1 usb port but that can be added on. Performance wise, it keeps up with all my tasks, fast turn on, and great picture. Screen is easy to navigate. I think this thing will run forever on a charge.

> 3 dayHas anybody found a cable lock that fits this? I visited the Acer forum, and everyone has the same problem. One customer received a response from Acer claiming that their engineers designed the lock port that doesnt fit any known Kensington lock. Their suggestion is to string a cable through the device holes and lock it some other way.
