I was disappointed that this newest model was actually manufactured in 2017. As Chromebooks have a timed lifetime for upgrade I am cheated out of two years of upgrades. I also got the larger screen as I like to watch college basketball on ESPN+ . While this model is adequate for most streaming, it pixelates on live tv and cannot stream a basketball game. My older model, which became outdated, was fine at both. Its not the signal as tablets and other devices work just fine.

I have been using this Chromebook since October, so still pretty new. I noticed a couple of months ago that when I asked it to do something, like open a window, the response time was very slow. Annoying, but still bearable. Then I found that when I close it for the night, it randomly turns itself off instead of just going to sleep. And last nightwhen it did this the battery was still basically 100%; I had just unplugged it before carrying it to a different room. I am very disappointed.

I had an older Acer Chromebook and needed an update without breaking the bank.

Ive had this Chromebook for a few months now and will finally be returning it. No matter what I do, I CANNOT get it to print. Hours and hours have been spent on trying to resolve this problem--Im in tears of frustration! Do NOT buy this Chromebook!

Very pleased with this purchase a little over half a year later. Built very solidly, yet light when carrying. Touchscreen response is great, works really well and that was the reason I selected this model. Very satisfied, no compliants at all.

Good product for the money but the processor is a little slower than a full laptop. Otherwise, it’s very nice.

I cant compare this to other Chromebooks, because well, shes my first. But I can compare it to other notebooks that Ive used... and my overall impression is excellent. Battery life, boot time, reliability, everything, just works.

I had to apply banding tape to hold the screen to the cover when I open it.

I use this for everything. The fact that you can stand it up and have use of motion is great. I have arthritis and it works very well for me.
