I had an older Acer Chromebook and needed an update without breaking the bank.

The touchscreen is very bad, so I stopped use it because I need to restart the computer every time I use the touchscreen to make it works properly. Unfortunately, I wasted my money!

I purchased my chromebook in March 2018. Despite the description stating that its a 2018 Acer Flagship R13 the chromebook was actually manufactured in 2016(or at least mine was). I felt a little mislead that this was Acers latest Chromebook, however, it was not. Despite the deception, the chromebook is actually quite nice. The display is beautiful and the functionality is on point. Since this is a 2 year old unit, you have to update the OS to the latest version to be able to access Android Apps on the Google Play Store. Not a huge deal but it did take me a little research to help me figure out why i wanst able to download any apps.

The computer works wonderfully. Really happy with it and for work it’s amazing. The touch screen works great and battery lasts even longer than it says on the product. Extremely light as well super great fit for someone who works from many different places.

Great computer. Simple but gets the job done. Clearly that’s what you’re looking for at this price. Obviously doesn’t compare to a Mac, but that’s not the point. Would be great for kids to do homework on.

This Chromebook died within 6 month of light use. The seller “Tech & Beyond” could not have cared less and offered no help whatsoever even though the Chromebook was still under warranty.

I like the size and it feels solid. I previously had an acer chromebook and it worked very well. This has more features but the one problem, every few days it hangs. I cant move the mouse. Wait a minute or so, it reboots, I login, select recover chrome tabs and I pick up almost where I left off. This has consistently every week or so, plus or minus a few days.
