Cant get the volume to turn up. Will be sending back.

After five months of light use at home, the case is falling apart. The internal hardware at one corner of the screen has detached, so the whole screen side of the computer wants to come apart. It has never been dropped and there has been no abuse at all.

This is the second Chromebook that I have purchased and both stopped charging because the cable wont stay connected. Do not buy!

The screen has popped open and every time I use a little more plastic is broken off no matter how careful I try to be when opening. I cant believe it didnt last a year

Great computer. Simple but gets the job done. Clearly that’s what you’re looking for at this price. Obviously doesn’t compare to a Mac, but that’s not the point. Would be great for kids to do homework on.

Bought two of these for my daughters for schoolwork. These seem to run fine and Ive heard no complaints.

This computer which i ordered new is so old it doesnt have a warranty. It signed into chrome but wont go any further. The arrow jumps all over and the page is four times normal and wont shrink. This is not normal for an Acer chromebook but it appears Im stuckwith it unless Amazon will make it right.
