Very well made , runs great zero issues

The screen splits apart every time I open, adjust, or close the laptop. Sometimes the screen won’t even turn on, it’s just black. I would not recommend this specific laptop at all.

This machine works exactly as intended, and as long as you know what a Chromebook can and cant do youll be satisfied with this purchase.

This is my first chromebook and probably my last. While viewing web sites the screen will lock up without warning then go to black screen and reboot. This is definately not a laptop. After reboot the book asks if I want to continue with the last web page but the interruption is annoying.

This Chromebook died within 6 month of light use. The seller “Tech & Beyond” could not have cared less and offered no help whatsoever even though the Chromebook was still under warranty.

Got it for son whose old laptop was heavy. This is surprising light and fast. He wasn’t so sure about a Chromebook , having an older windows computer. Since having it he says it’s fast, picture good , likes the touchscreen and is great for watching movies, checking email and web surfing. All in all a good purchase

I have had it for 2 months and so far it is good. The only thing is when typing the screen shakes. The screen is not tight.

Down sized to this touchscreen chromebook 13 inch, it is perfect.
