> 24 hourWe bought this in preparation for vacationing with a 12 month old and it worked exactly as we hoped. The price is worth it compared to a two bedroom hotel room. It fit easily over the hotel’s pack n play and was easy to pack in our suitcase. We still use it on occasion for naps at the grandparents’ house. We even had guests use it with their 11 month old who typically doesn’t sleep well in her crib at home but slept great in the Slumberpod!!

> 24 hourAll I can say is wow!!! This is the coolest thing Ive ever bought for my kids and I wish I had one for when my daughter was a baby! I was worried about how my new baby would sleep this summer in the trailer with all of us, but Im not worried now! This thing has it all! It came with a mini fan and has a pouch at the top for the fan and another for the baby monitor camera. It has several vents on multiple sides and it is literally pitch black in there! Worth every penny!!!

> 24 hourUgh, I struggled with this thing the first week. We were moving around a lot and I was seriously thinking of returning it. We were in small spaces and the sticks would spread out from corner to corner making it so hard to bend and assemble. This could have all been avoided if there was a simple tips and tricks section in the manual for small spaces. Luckily I found a video on line on how to assemble in small spaces. I wish I would have Googled it early but mostly that the manual had that tip. Now it’s great! We’re still using bc we’re in between places but my husband hates assembling it still. Lol

> 24 hourAmazing product. We live in a 2 bedroom and needed the baby to stay in our room for a while. But our room is so light in the afternoons. This product was perfect for us. Made naps/sleeping so much better.

> 24 hourI literally never write reviews. Im going to write a review here for 2 reasons: 1. This product is EXACTLY what we needed for our 16 month girl during our spring break trip. We spent so much time sleep training her, and we werent wanting to disrupt her sleeping rhythm. The AirBnBs and hotel rooms we stay in dont always have a way to keep her sleeping area dark (especially during nap time). Ive seen the other products out there, and they pretty much act as a cover for an existing travel crib. Those are fine for infants/newborns, but not for when your toddler can stand up in the crib/pack-n-play - it would be too claustrophobic. Also, we were able to use our Nanit camera (with a little finagling) through the top of the tent (Ill need to modify it just a bit). Lastly, it packs up nice and tight and easy. 2. The company made a mistake - they were supposed to rush deliver me the product (which I paid extra for), but they mistakenly shipped it ground. That kinda stuff happens. But I did need the product. So they a) overnighted me the product directly to the AirBnB I was staying at, and b) refunded me the extra shipping fee I paid for. Its not about issues - its about how companies deal with issues. And they did it right. Deserving of mention and this review. Excellent product, great customer service.

> 24 hour*Update* I reached out to the seller regarding the hole. They responded withon a day. After providing some information and the photos, they are sending a replacement. _______ Right out of the box, this product looked very promising and indeed can be pretty compact for travel. The instructions were attached to the travel bag, so I appreciate that they wont get easily lost and anyone should be able to read and assemble. The instructions were easy enough to understand, but getting the other end of the pole in the end cap/slot can be a bit tricky and might be easier with two people. I found it easier to assemble in a more open area, due to the poles being so long, and then just placing it over the pack-and-play (PnP). Upon assembly though, I noticed a small hole on one side. It seems small now, but already, after a few days of use, I can see it will probably get bigger over time assembling and disassembling when we travel, and we travel often. I reached out to the seller in hopes of getting a replacement. But for now, because it works so well in helping my baby stay asleep, I will continue to use until I hear from them. It really does keep it dark in there. Even in front of my south-facing windows, although some light comes through, its not enough to cause any issues. The vents are helpful, but we still use a fan in the upper fan pocket to help keep it cool enough when zipped up. Otherwise, it will get hot and stuffy inside. I also like the fact that there is a pocket for a baby monitor. However, the plastic can make it tricky to place. Any wrinkle in it makes it impossible to see past it, so I have to spend quite a bit of time playing with it to get a clear image. But once set up, its great to keep an eye on baby.

> 24 hourThis is truly a magical product. Didn’t introduce it to my child until she was 15 mos old (bc I had never heard of this product until I saw a friend with one recently) but wish I had had it sooner! It really is a great product and even though we introduced it to her late (aka once she could stand/walk/feel confused about a new surrounding), it didn’t seem to bother her. It helped her to sleep in later than she usually does while we were traveling. The one downside is that it gets pretty hot and stuffy in there. We bought this version that comes with the slumberpod fan, and while it does help distribute the air, unless you have sufficient AC it does not really help. When traveling we stayed at a place with no AC and no ceiling fan, though the ambient temp stayed around 68 degrees Fahrenheit (a lot less than what we set it at home), but it still felt stuffy inside the slumberpod even with the fan. If you have running AC, I would knock it down a degree or two lower than what you normally set it at at home to prevent your child from being uncomfortable. Otherwise, it works great! 5 stars despite the airflow issue because it blocks out enough light that we could keep the pack n play in front of the tv at a hotel and watch tv without waking her, AND she slept so well in it when she wasn’t distracted by any minimal light coming through. So a huge win for extra sleep for the parents! I was VERY hesitant about the price, but now we will use it regularly for stays at grandmas house, traveling, etc. I was sold when I saw that it fits over a toddler bed too. So we can keep using it even after our little outgrows the pack n play. I’d recommend adding it to your Amazon baby registry and hoping someone buys it for you, but if not, try to use the registry discount on it!

> 24 hourI debated for weeks if I should get a cheep version of this or the real thing. My kiddos room gets so much daylight in it. Based on the reviewed, I decided to try it out. My kiddo is 12 months old and she has used it once. She seems to really like it. She has no issues going in her tent. I think this is going to be a game changer for vacation!! The tent is great quality. It’s not flimsy junk

> 24 hourThis does exactly as advertised—provides a dark space for baby to nap in the pack n play anywhere we are! We use this any time we have to share a room with baby or we’re traveling and want to give our guy the best shot at a real nap and a good bedtime when the sun is still out. It provides the blackout he’s used to at home AND provides some separation for him when we’re sharing the same room so we don’t need to hide from view or keep the lights off. We’ve never used a fan with ours and it has never felt warmer inside the pod than the rest of the room. Love that it has an overhead pocket for a video monitor, and I love that it’s footprint is only as big as the pack n play itself! I do have a tricky time with assembly sometimes when the room I’m in doesn’t allow a lot of room for the tent poles to be extended, but has never kept us from getting it set up and the benefits far FAR outweigh this minor momentary struggle. We will never take another trip without it as long as we’ve got crib-sized kids!
